chinups because even though my forearms are way more developed than my upper arm my grip still always fails before my biceps
Most hated thing is easily cardio. I have such a hard time with running after/for nothing because for the majority of my life I have either been chasing someone with a ball or trying to get away from someone. So running without a ‘purpose’ bores me to tears.
But if we are talking about weight training exercises, then it is bb bench. For some reason I just hate that shit. I would much rather do DBs.
Split squats, flat barbell bench.
Apart from that, 400m intervals.
I hate squats - I only do them because I know I need to, but I swear at the rack every time I have to do them. I usually do them first so that they’re over with.
I also hate cardio - any cardio - even in LA where I was surrounded by beautiful women in lycra…
Squats and deadlifts second.
Squats and dumbell biceps curls = no fun
I hate doing abs! So boring!
Anything for abs
Cardio
Also, I had pullups but as I’m getting better at them I’m starting to like them more.
Front squats, seriously.
I like 'em all.
I just HATE loading and unloading barbells, machines, etc. I also hate doing the math.
Definitly front squats … oawhhhh my delts, clavicle and throat :X! Never got used to those.
Can’t understand the negativity against unilateral leg exercises … don’t we all love the torture and the burn? =) Lunges rock!
The exercises you like the least are the ones you need the most. Having said that…If I had to pick one it would be seated calf raises.
Anything to do with abs bores the shit out of me.
My knees are screwy, so squats aren’t much fun, but I do them anyway, although I still have to use a machine.
I hate barbell bent-over rows because it’s so hard to keep good form on challenging sets. I use dumbell BOR instead.
Did suitcase deads again today. Yep, still hate em just as much as I always have but somehow I seem to be having this love-hate relationship with em. Hate doing em, but love the benefits:)
wow i didnt even think to mention cardio. i hate it with a passion though and i dont do it anymore either. its not a problem though since im an ecto and dont need to be doing it in the first place but god damn those shin splints from HIIT killed me. well maybe i shouldnt say cardio, ill ride a bike im cool with that but you wont ever see me jog/sprint again.
its kinda funny though i actually like deadlifts, probaly cause i have long arms and ive always felt good about my dead numbers verus the other big 2.

DB Lunges or Step ups, doing both legs individually usually leaves me winded like crazy (especially step ups)
I am the opposite, it is the lunges that crush my cardio system.

I hate curls I feel like waste of time doing it also there not that hard so its kind of boring to me sitting there curling just for a ‘pump’.
Hate lunges I feel like throwing up after them and my knees are bruised up from smashing into the hardwood floor. Great way to finish a leg day though.

Your knee’s shouldn’t be touching the floor, and I am with you on the curls.

The excercises you hate, should ultimately be the ones you use most often, as they tend to be the better ones because they take additional effort.
I agree if the person hates the exercise simply because they don’t like the feeling or don’t care for that muscle gorup.
I disagree because forcing yourself to do things that are not fun is extremely discouraging.
I hate SPRINTS! I sprint, but boy do I hate it!!!
barbell complexes suck too! I do those as well…again they suck!
The exercise I hate the most is the one I do the most. Well, that should read “the body part I hate working the most”.
Shoulders.
