LOVE : back squats for LB and dips/pull-ups for UB
HATE : All calves and abs exercises. Overhead presses. Step-ups. All triceps extensions.

Deadlifts, C&J, Snatch and Pull-ups.

Curls and calf raises.
Bicep curls and for me the most painful.Compare this with triceps exercises, going to failure or what have you is ok, but in biceps its much more uncomfortable.
Love: One hand dumbbell snatch.
Hate: back squats.
Love: Deads and Squats
Hate: abs and Lat pull down.
Tip if you hate abs you can do a modified cable twist press, where you punch down as though you are striking an opponent on the ground, which works the abs and you dont even really know it. Plus good for shuolders and arms.

I love the big compound lifts…squats, deads and barbell benching.
I hate all isolation exercises, especially ones you do one side at a time. It jsut seems liek you’re wasting time!

HATE: Any exercise that involves only a few reps and/or not getting the most hypertrophy out of a set. {1 rep deadlift}
Love: Overhead pressing & Dips
Hate: Pull-ups & Light weight
Overall, I’m sick of bodyweight movements and high volume workouts. Plus, my gains have stalled (building mostly fat). I’m thinking of finally joining a gym, when I get back from vacation.
