Farmer walks are brutal. The combination of strength and endurance is killer.
I’m almost up to holding my bodyweight.
The other one that kills me is the Glute Ham Raise. We have a GHR machine in our school gym, and most people just do back extensions or sit-ups. They don’t do the GHR exercise.

Same thing at where I lift. . . the GHR is another very humbling exercise for me. I should probably start doing a few more of those.
Gahh! The overhead squat! Talk about humbling and awkwardness. I feel like this little weight is about to fall at any moment. I usually stick to front/back squats, split squats, and lunges.
any calf excersises, i know there arent to many people who like the calf burn when your doing donkey calf raises and your only half way through and you want to chop your calf muscle off becasue of the burn

That’s true. But even though the burn like that I’ve never actually felt nauseous from them. Squats and bent over rows have done it for me with a similar burn plus the yak factor.

im with CT’s philosophy that the more exercises you do that you like the better off youll be.
honnestly i was doing side lateral raises and then after a while i stopped doing them cause i hate em so bad. but then i was like o i need to do some iso delt work and decided to go for the front raises and like i said i love em.

I sort of agree with this…however, i still do the dead even though i hate it as its such a core exercise.

I hate curls I feel like waste of time doing it also there not that hard so its kind of boring to me sitting there curling just for a ‘pump’.
Hate lunges I feel like throwing up after them and my knees are bruised up from smashing into the hardwood floor. Great way to finish a leg day though.
I hate doing burpees between sets. I’ve been stepped on, tripped over, bumped into and cracked my knees on the floor and bitten my tongue. Those things are a menace
