What are you on?

Just curious what people are taking…I was dowing my supplements today and was wondering if I was on the high side or low, I’m probably low. For example, I’m on, Multi vitamin, fish oil caps, MD6, Methoxy 7, Whey Protein, occasional creatine.

A whole crap load of vitamins, omega-3 oil complex, ipriflavone, glucosamine, ginseng, gingko, garlic, saw palmetto, bilberry, protein, Vitex.

On a fat loss mesocycle right now, taking quest super once a day multivitamin, 500mg/3 day vit c, total 6g of EPA/DHA from fish oil caps, 2tbsp flax seed oil a day, ephedrine/caffeine twice a day, two T2 caps a day, vitex, and 35 sprays of androsol in the mornings. I’m trying to keep it more simple these days due to the fact I have no money left over because of how much I used to spend on supplements!

pro powder, glutamine, EFA caps, MD6(preworkout), postworkout: Isopure,10g glutamine, 3 g BCAA complex 4g Arginine; Tribex

just joking but thats what some high school kid told me not too long ago. I hate it when people refer to food supplements as being “on” something.

Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Echinachea, Gluc/Chond, fish oil caps, T2, Tribex, ZMA, Surge and Grow.

Im using - methoxy7, penta-pro from protein factory - I add fish oil, surge, tribex500. in another week or so I will do another andro/norandro cycle. I have enough left over from my first cycle. Oh and I use a cheap multi-vitamin.

At present I’m in a bulking phase and I’m on Grow (soon to be no more), Nandrosol (they’re such BASTARDS for discontinuing this one!), Ribose-C, GNC’s Mega Men, and I will soon start taking Vitex (once I’m done with my Nandrosol cycle).

Flax oil, Fish oils, Vit C/E, NITRO-Tech, T2, Hydroxycut, Androsol, maltodextrin (postworkout)

A boat load of Fish Oils, multi-vit/min, Methoxy 7 (the new stuff), and extra protein.

Oh, I forget to mention Surge.

I’m getting myself ready for a PL meet a month from now. I agree with Kelly, I wouldn’t say I’m on anything but here’s what I use… Protein powder blend, a ton of vitamin C, antioxidant blend, post workout shake with creatine thrown in, flax oil, glucosamine sulfate. Also using Insolene with my carb + protein meals, but it doesn’t seem to be making a big difference. I just ordered some fish oil from Puritan’s Pride (thanks to whoever posted that site!)… After my meet I’d like to drop some fat, so I’ll be hitting the MD6 and using lots of fish oil.

Protein powder, glutamine, and glucosamine, nothing but the basics for this broke ass college kid. Probably gonna start creatine soon.

On, using, taking, swallowing, whatever.

I’m taking Creatine, Gluatmine, whey protein, Omega 3/6 oils, Chromium Picolate, Glucosamine, GNC Megaman vit., ZMA.

What do you guys think about that new “top secret” protein that Optimum Training Systems is advertising? I’m not sure I want to pay 80$ a month for protein unless it’s worth it.

a multi-vitamin and sometimes when I don’t think I ate well that day some protien powder. thats it
