It’s been a while, and since 10,000 new products have rolled out, what are you taking?

that’s about it, this stuff is really starting to hit the bank account, lol

SURGE Workout Fuel looks enticing, but I can’t justify it right now based upon my goals and my current workouts. When I start to cut (increased workload I’ll probably include it).

ReceptorMax I’m saving for a few more months and will probably end up doing 2-3 months worth of it.

Yeah I really like 11-T I put on 3-4 pounds(my scales at home are shit) in the 1st week, 2nd week I had food poison so I stopped taking it :frowning:

Just got six tubes of SURGE Recovery for like $108 dollars, also just put in an order for SURGE Workout Fuel and am looking to try 11-T, but I’m having a hard time spending that much on one supplement.

And Yes I spend way too much on supplements but I’m single and have a decent paying job, I had to deal with having no money for supplements the past 2-3 years due to college, so I feel I can justify my spending to a certain degree.

you think that SURGE Workout Fuel will help you more during a cut than a bulk, i guess i could see that but it would probably work fine on a bulk also wouldnt you say?

I personally feel a cut would demand longer more intense workouts (more cardio, HIIT, etc).

currently my weights only take me about 30 mins + 10 mins light/mod cardio

Want to try Superfood… kinda pricy for me though, and I do eat lots of veggies and couple fruits per day.

Spike DoubleShots have almost replaced the bulk of Spike Shooters and Spike tabs at my house… too many jitters for me… the DoubleShots hit the sweet spot for me, and that way I can still enjoy cups of coffee without feeling like I should pray/prep for the afterlife… This is what scares me away from trying HOT-ROX Extreme… maybe I’ll just try Carbolin 19 by itself.

Also, I use cod liver, high vitamin butter, and coconut oils. As well as freeze dried organ tablets… think of it like this: you take grass-fed animal organs then make something like Superfood out of them, then make tabs out of that.

$200+ a month or more depending on my current workout phase
(dieting is more expensive than Bulking supplement wise)

I just go by the law of, if I have enough money to cover rent, bills, grocery’s, savings, and misc. than I can spend the rest on supplements, If I feel the desire too. I usually always have
SURGE Recovery, Flameout, Creatine, Spike Shooters, L-Leucine and Superfood (if the diet isnt on par), and Metabolic Drive. The other supplements are either ones Im trying to see how they work for me, or I only use them at most a few times a year.

I do need to spend a little less but thats the nice thing about working full-time!

I don’t actually want to know, but it’s way too much. My girlfriend would kill me if she knew. In UK we pay shipping and tax on top. Things like Surge and Metabolic Drive cost too much to use longterm, they just cost too much to ship so I can’t buy them anymore only when I get a bargain somewhere(ebay).
