What are you on?

right now just a multi v, flax, protein powder, and a homemade version of surge w/o the bcaas. when i start seriously training again (still trying to adjust to school schedule and everything) i will be taking tribex, vitex, real surge, and possibly some creatine.

protein, fish oil and sometimes caffeine. Also valerian, kava kava, and some mj to help me relax a bit and to sleep better.

whey protein(labrada proV 60), folic acid, new Methoxy 7, Androsol-70 sprays in the evening, Norandrosol-70 sprays in the morning, flax oil, Rotating my fat burners every week which are Adipo, Md6(orginal formula), and xenadrine, ZMA, Grow in the morning, and Vitex.
Will be going back on tribex and T2 in a couple of weeks.

skim milk powder,50g blended flax seed twice a day, creatine, loads of veges and chicken/tuna, 4g vit C, and 2 dualtabs a day.

Poor arse student, dream of days when i can afford androsol…one day :slight_smile:

Trying to get meself large again, am currently notching up Maximuscle high-protein MRP’s, tribex, vitex, androsol(70 twice a day), Methoxy7, Ribose-C as well as flax-oil, a couple of multivitamins and anti-oxidant formula. I can never quit work due to my crippling addiction to this stuff.

Food

Low carb diet, especially before and right after workouts; multi vits and extra c,e,b,selenium, EFA; zmass pm (ZMA), Atkins powder mixed with Twinlab Super Whey powder with olive oil and 5 gr extra glutamine.

Anybody notice that “krak” asks “What are you on” Get it!!!..uh… sorry, sometimes I have a juvenille sense of humor :slight_smile:
