And I appreciate that. I also know where you’re coming from.
And I have to disagree about “contest diet.” I’d be telling her how long to space meals out, what time to hit the gym, how much sodium to add to food, etc. etc. There’s alot of flexibility to my meal plan.
Here is the most important part though. Once the plan was made, she could have said something, like “hey, this is gonna be really tough? Can we modify?” All I got was jokes about cake and beer and didn’t know whether to take it seriously or not.

By the sounds of it nez is pretty new to all of this (working out included) and while JSK’s plan is bound to work there are other ways to skin a cat that may seem easier to adhere to in the long run.
I agree 100%. This is why I asked her which she preferred. She requested SPECIFIC meal plan, so that’s what I did. Specific meal plan is actually not my personal preference and stresses me the hell out. I’ve never done it and never will (with the exception of the last THREE days before my recent show!).
Though these are the first few I’ve worked with for the world of the interwebz to see, I’ve helped out a few friends and family members IRL, and adapted to some pretty crazy requests from the onset. Spidey’s eating chocolate chip waffles to hit his macros for crying out loud. I offered to do that sort of thing instead and give guidelines to learning to count macros. She wanted specific meal plan, which actually took more of my time to make.

Everyone, at different levels of the game see things in a different light and that light is always changing. So some of you guys are pretty extreme to the average person.
I was under the impression that nez doesn’t want to be the “average person.”
I don’t know if that was directed at me. I said nothing negative in my posts and intended to bow out graciously. She has nothing to feel bad about. But this is like a science experiment, and I can’t run it if my lab partner is going to taint the data. I REALLY needed the first week to establish her “base line” if you will.
