Ok today was both a success but yet still a failure.
Success in that I stayed on target and only took in good wholesome clean foods, water, and tea. I walked for over an hour with my wife tonight and also signed up at the local Ymca.
A failure in that I did not consume nearly enough kcals. With the HB formula I figured out I need between 2400 - 2600 kcals, and I came in today at a measly 1500 … I seriously don’t know how I’m going to eat all of this food, I’m completely not used to eating this much.
