Green tea extract did not agree with my stomach at all. I can handle caffeine fine but something about the green tea capsules hit me like a bomb. First supplement that’s ever really tossed my stomach.

jskrabac, although I disagree with you on the importance of squats, this is an awesome thread and your own transformation thread is pretty inspirational as well. Thanks for putting yourself out there.

I had trouble with green tea pills as well, but I handle it in liquid form all right.

I don’t know the difference in potency tho.

I like to mix a few Tbsp of this stuff with ice and instant coffee in the blender. Quite a nice “zero” calorie drink.

I read somewhere about egg white and chco. protein powder and then you freeze it and its like a dessert.

Is that carried in common grocery stores? Looks awesome and I just started cutting lol!

Any solutions for beer? … I skipped the cake and beer after a really.bad.day.at.work. Today,however, I caved and had A cold Modelo. I’ll work out an extra day if need be. As far as the green tea extract- no problems thus far! No problems with anything since I cut the doses in half. Did workout c today and got my booty kicked! Loved it!

And what is the stance on squats? Aren’t they the mother of all exercises? Or is that the deadlifts? Hmmmmm…
