putting it all out there. yep.

No lying down leg curl machines- plus being so short I find those machines uncomfortable. I don’t think we have the TRX cables. But ill ask a trainer.[/quote]
Do these for lying leg curls.
It’s up to you really to gauge how many you can do for 2 sets. Shoot for 20 as laid out. If 20, great! If you gotta do 15 or 10, that’s great too. Just make sure it’s somewhat challenging to hit the rep range.
In lieu of TRX rows, I’d like you to do these instead:
Still 2 sets of 20.

And all of us who can learn from it much appreciate it!
Are these taken first thing in the morning? What was the bodyweight with these pics?
I’d like to have have the updates weekly with the same two poses in the exact same lighting and background either saturday or sunday morning. Bodyweight along with the pics, too.
PLEASE let me know if you have any questions about the training before you dive in. I want to make sure you understand the set up completely, as it may be different than what most of us are accustomed to seeing from a BBing forum.

No problem! I really liked your enthusiasm in Zraw’s initial thread looking for someone to mentor.
I’m excited for the experience too. I have two older sisters with young’uns of their own, so this will be a great chance for me to learn how I can help them in the future too!
Did workout today and loved it- especially the bb push press. As far as the bend over smith rows how far do I take the bar down?
The diet at first glance looked like my normal diet except when I measured the beef and then ate it in two bites… I have no choice but to stuff some greens down to keep the hunger away ![]()
Oh- am I drinking 1.5 gallons of h2o as well?
Awesome thread…best of luck!

Really? It should be measured cooked. There’s actually about 120g pro in that diet! I was going based off of the info you originally gave me.
For bent over rows as far down as possible…right before it touches pins to keep constant tension.

1+ is good. Spring water is best.
I’m at 139g protein.

Right. Sorry, I’m in the habit of not counting protein in nuts and only in things like chicken and whey. Calorically, you’re right on track though, and we’ll make modifications in a week if need be. Let us know how energy and hunger levels are each day though.
Diet for the most part went well. I usually dropped the kids off and hit the gym pretty early so I tweaked it a bit yesterday and did the pre workout meal first thing and then came home after the gym and did the eggs and the post workout meal. I also had my multivitamin, fish oil, and started my evening primrose. This combination made me sick. I spent my evening in the bathroom, I’m sorry to say.
Today I woke up, peed, weighted myself (112.6), took 1 green tea extract (I’m gun shy), ate eggs, took fish oil, 1 primrose, and the multi. Sorry to say that my belly isn’t very happy right now. I was going to take the last primrose and green tea later today but I have to work tonight and using the restroom is out of the question… Maybe the doses are too high for someone the size of a 3rd grader? Hahaha!
I’m attempting the gym for workout B. wish me luck!
fish oil and vitamins are really hard on my gutt too, even when taken after my biggest meal…(The EPR oil never used to bother me taken alone)
Maybe ask if you can take them right before you crawl into bed? Thats the only time I can take them all together and not feel sick. Or see if you can split them all up so theres not as much going on in your belly all at once.

I thought maybe taking at night before bed would be my next step except I don’t wanna have an accident at 3 am ![]()
It’s that bad. Hahahha!
Mine was pretty bad too…I dont know if its because your not moving around and your body settles that seems to help.
Maybe wear a diaper first time just in case? ![]()
Good luck
I am sure your body will get used to taking them soon either way.
Hahaha! Thanks. Ahhhhh.
I’m not sure what green tea and primrose do, but I do know that fish oil can make things… soft lol in the bathroom if you take too much. As a 200lb man I take like 4g a day. Lots of folks take way more, but I dunno, just thinking it could possibly be a little of that if you’re like half the size.
I’m sorry to hear that. I remember a similar experience the first time I had like 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Now I can eat 4 or 5 tbsp in a day and be fine if I need to.
How much fish oil are you used to taking?
Are you used to much caffeine in your system?
Go with 1 green tea capsule, 1300mg primrose and around 1g fish oil if you’d like. See if that helps. Or you can just stick it out.
Ive taken 1tbsp of fish oil which had 3-4 grams of EFF before bed just fine, or if that doesn’t work breaking up the dosages over your meals may make your stomach feel better as well.
