I’m not sure how many recommendations of mine you’ve been following, but if you’ve used them please wean off the vitamin C and caffeine asap. I’m pretty sure you’ll naturally stop with all that water and asparagus =/

I took my last vitamin c this morning and I didn’t take any other caffeine besides the green tea. Can I continue the green tea?
Well, FWIW it’s certainly a staple for me. I still take it first thing in the morning whether I’m cutting or focusing on gains.
Completely anecdotal here, but I’ve noticed hardly getting sick since starting it. The health benefits outside of fat loss are too plentiful to list here. It’s ultimately up to you, even if you wanna go to a more moderate dose. I stick to 2000mg/day though.

Ive been following since day one, so i thought i better get in here and say how great youve done!
Enjoy the pancakes and the beach with your new and improved bod!
Thanks Up!
This won’t be the last of me. After vacation I plan on packing on muscle.
Jake?
hahah.
Well, I have to get back to you on that one, because I’m starting a new job. Part of me is toying with the notion of turning this into a small online side “business.” I believe Spidey wants to be my first “client” with his upcoming prep.
I surely have a long term plan in mind for you if you’re game, but I don’t know how meticulous you want to continue being with all this. It would not require you to be any stricter than you’ve already been doing. It would require you to be extremely patient though.

I’ve noticed the same thing. I take the same dose you do as well.

It would be a longer and slower process I’m sure… Good thing I’m young
I’m game.

I just saw this thread. Great work.
Jake, Seriously, thank you for doing this. You personally are improving the quality of this site.
Just saw this. This means alot to me. Thanks.
I think it’d be cool if the trend continued of people helping out others with diet and/or training. I recently put my diet entirely in the hands of very knowledgeable friend. There’s something to be said for doing that. Let someone else do the thinking for you and just keep on being consistent without letting self-doubt get in the way. Even IFBB guys who know what we know tenfold ask someone else to take care of their preps.
It means alot to me nez trusted me from the beginning and stuck to the plan. That’s not an easy thing to do and took some guts.
