Saturday!
So it’s gonna work best to do a hard cutoff on water the night before say 3-4 hours before you go to bed and drink as little water as possible the next day.

This is basically what you’d do for a show, so I understand the stakes aren’t quite as high here. Do what you can. Just thought you should know the idea is to get the body in flushing mode, then STOP so it keeps flushing and pulls some water out from under your skin. Please don’t make yourself sick or anything though!

Saturday morning be sure to get yourself a nice hearty 'Merican breakfast too. Pancakes, syrup, a few eggs…maybe waffles. Don’t binge here. Just enough to feel good and look tighter if that makes sense.

1 1/2-2 gallons up to 8pm?

pancakes=heaven

My wrist gets a better everyday- mentally, its getting better too. Starting to realize that my fitness is a lifelong journey not just till vacation time. I’ve come a long way since a year ago and the last two months with jake have been so significant! All my “woman areas” that I thought would never change like hips are super lean and my legs are becoming strong and shapely. And and feel hella-good.

See you all on Sunday.
Great to read this.
Thank you Chush!

I don’t know how much water you’re drinking up to 8. Just be consistent with that. If you’re drinking 1 gal before 8 and 1/2 gal after 8 everyday, then just drink the 1 gal before 8.

Red meat dries you out ?

Not being sarcastic, but is this personal observation, or is there science to back this up ?

Both. It’s the vitamin B6.

Ah ok cool, got it.

I’m drinking 1 1/2 gallons till about 8 and playing catch up in the restroom till about 10

Nez, you’re a cool ass Mom. lol

It’s awesome the transformation you’ve made. You made a pretty complete transformation in life style, and it’s just really fantastic to see.

No one thing has a dramatic zOMG effect, but string several “tricks” together on top of a depleted, already-lean state, and it’ll definitely be noticeable.

gosh. maybe i need to do some sit-ups.

I’m 108 lb., i can do a max of 30 pull-ups, and I deadlifted 200lb the other day. Word.

I know it’s easy to always get obsessed with the abs, but you should REALLY take note of your thighs! Those are toning up quite nicely. Legs never lie either even if you are bloated or just stressed or something. They will tell you how lean you really are =) (with the exception of being all poofy from a crazy sprinting session or high volume leg workout or something…lol)
