He’s still transitioning from moving to Chicago, I think he’ll be ‘active’ again in the next few days.

So do quit the cottage cheese and do eggs at night instead? How many ya think?
Dang, my vacation starts in 4 days.

So here’s some stuff to do for final 4 days so get a natural diuretic effect without having to make yourself feel lousy.

  1. Drink 1.5-2 gal water/day. Gonna get the body into “flushing” mode. I understand this could be quite a hassle with travelling, so do what you can. Things like MiO water enhancers and crystal light help with this.

  2. Eat 1lb of asparagus a day spread over your meals if you like. Personally, I don’t mind eating it all in one go. This is one of the best diuretic foods out there.

  3. Take 500mg vitamin C with each of your meals.

  4. Replace cottage cheese with eggs now. Let’s go 3 eggs for breakfast and 2 before bed.

  5. At least 2 of your 3 middle meals now should have red meat as your protein source. No more protein powders.

  6. Follow the zero carb macros everyday now.

When is your “game day” or the beach day when you want to look your best?

lol…you got the wrong guy. Got my BA and MS in theoretical physics and I’m all scienced out.

My wrist is achy but I am def. able to lift the dumbbells at my normal weights now!
My pee stinks all day and I miss carbs, but I’m so excited about the vacation that it doesn’t matter.
I feel as if I’ve come so very far in such a short amount of time and I can’t thank you enough, Jake.
I’ll finish out this week with a bang and post my first photo with Friday’s so that we can see the difference. eeeek!
