Just wondering. Some mornings its hard choking down three eggs.[/quote]
Ok. I have an idea that might make you happy.
How would you feel about 1 cup of full fat cottage cheese for breakfast? Pretty much the same calorically. You could maybe alternate days eggs, cottage cheese.
That totally works!
I think the warmer weather makes me not want cooked food. Usually by July I’m living off watermelon and yogurt.
It’s hot in the south…
Another idea, with jsk’s permission, would be Low fat plain greek yogurt with some nuts. Top with a little bit of stevia and, if you are allowed, some fruit like berries or pineapple, and you have another awesome, summer breakfast. You could also blend all of this with some crystal light and ice and make it a smoothie.

I know the feeling. I’ll hard boil mine in bulk and put them in the fridge. That’s always something you could try. I love dipping them in horseradish mustard.

How come? After fasting for 8hours (sleeping) I dont see why it’s benefical to avoid carbs in the morning.
If I’d want to avoid carbs I’d do it in the evening when calorie expenditure is not big anymore.
It may be because I try to cram all my meals in before going to work. I’m realizing just how much I must snack normally. With school out for me and my kids-I’m a little bored. My normal schedule is full throttle from 6:45 am until 10-11pm. Now I lazily lay in bed until 9-ish, do my workout, and then kill time till work.
