That’s awesome! Switch it up to 2 reps at a time now. So 2 reps…rest 15, 2 reps, rest 15…until you fail to hit 2.

I usually only weigh myself on Sundays but today I weighed in at 108.6! I don’t think I’ve been this light since I was 21 years old (that’s in 1998!) [/quote]

Big Congratulations, Nez. Not too many women with kids can say that. As they say, the fountain of youth is found on the end of a heavily loaded barbell.

And you should be so proud of all your chins. Very, very nice.

Stoked to have lovely ladies following!

Good shet

sunday update.

back.

lets try that again…

s-b-s

There was some “deviations” last night. My husband and I went out with his co-workers and I had a few drinks. It was fun and all but all I really want is a brownie sundae. hahaha.

There are 20 more days till my vacation and I think it would be best if I went without the one beer for the next three weeks. I want obvious stomach muscles and I know that the sprints and added cardio are helping me achieve them- beer, not so much!

I asked the trainer at my gym if he would be able to tell me my body fat. I went into the office and he asked my my weight, height, age, blah blah blah and I held on the this game-controller looking thing. It read 16%. I don’t know if that thing is accurate or not, but I was pretty much jumping up and down. This next three weeks is going to get its ass kicked!

Thanks Jake.

Yup, so f’n true. Nez, I am totally seeing progress in the wheelz. Legs look leaner and tighter. Keep grinding it out! I agree that if you nix the beer it will make a world of difference.

What did you weigh in btw?

i forgot to weigh myself until after i drank 32 oz of water. i’ll weigh in tomorrow first thing.

I’m just curious. Pictures tell me everything I need to know honestly. Ab definition really starting to peak through. You have some great momentum going here, and I see no reason to change anything.

im pretty stoked. getting lots of compliments from friends and family.

looking forward to my sprints tomorrow and even though its my off day for training…I kinda wanna go in and see how many chin-ups i can accomplish.

beast.

Weight: 110.8
Last week: 111.6

Thanks Chushin!

Are eggs protein or fat for macros?
