Exercises We LOVE And HATE!

Love: wide grip pull-ups, deadlifts

Hate: hack squats, dumbbell presses

love: power cleans, deadlift
hate: curls

Love: C&J, Deadlift, Front Squat, Pull up

Hate: Bench Press, Curls, Pull up

The bench press is just agonizing because for some reason I have the most trouble adding weight to it. Curls I just don’t enjoy doing; make me feel too much like some frat boy.

I love pull ups because its a great feeling bringing my bodyweight and maybe a dumbbell up off the ground, hate it because pull ups fatigue me more than any other exercise I do, and because when I land I drop hard and it makes my feet hurt. Eh.

Hate:
Bulgarian Squats

Love: Cleans, squats, dips, chins/pull-ups, all sorts of presses, rows, deads

Hate: Nothing specific

Love: pullups, front squats, hang pulls, dips, etc…

Hate: don’t hate anything really!!!

I love to hate bent-over rows. They’re so fucking difficult but so amazing to finish.

My favorite would have to be low-rep chin-ups. I just love chinning with plates hanging down from me.

hate… Ab excercises on a full stomach, Cardio

Love: Squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses.

Hate: Bent-over rows… and infact all rowing movements.

LOVE: cleans, snatches, weighted dips and pull ups

HATE: bent over rows

Love: squats, dl’s, bench presses, pretty much anything involving a BB

Hate: clean&jerking squat rack curlers through the gym window… just all that broken glass… you know

Love: Overhead Presses, Zercher Squats, Front Squats, 1 Arm Barbell Rows

Hate: Chin-Ups, Bulgarian Split Squats, Barbell Back-Squats

Love:
Deadlift, Overhead Press, Olympic-style Full Back squats, Olympic-style Full Front Squats, Pull-ups, Heavy dumbbell holds (Static holds)

Hate:
Any ab exercises. Sometimes I get in some leg raises. I don’t think I mind dumbbell side bends.
Leg curls
Any direct/isolated calf exercise
Wrist curls

hate: squats, hurts my knees bad

Love: Any olympic lift and their variations, deadlifts, dips

Hate: pullups, abs bulgarian squats and squats

LOVE: heavy military presses using rest pause techniques…weighted dips using rest pause…everybody want to be a bodybuildah, but nobody want to move this heavy ass weight, yeaaaaaaa buddaaaaaay

HATE: training with lighter weights, cardio, bosum balls…training with light weights while sitting on a bosum ball while doing cardio

I dunno, man, I was just on Crossfit, and they had a great idea for a taking out the trash/ moving the couch/ swiss ball dumbell press superset. Looked pretty cool.
