*Hate - Bench, upright rows, overhead press, and abs

Tip if you hate abs you can do a modified cable twist press, where you punch down as though you are striking an opponent on the ground, which works the abs and you dont even really know it. Plus good for shuolders and arms.[/quote]

Love: Rack pulls. Oh yes. It’s like a preview of your next deadlift PR.
Hate: Barbell bench. Oh no. It’s like an abusive wife.
Love: Squats and Cleans
Hate: Doing multiple exercises from every possible angle working the same muscle group (ex. Flat BB, Incline BB, Flat DB, and Incline DB presses) and spending an hour on different types of Bicep curls. And Working out with my Dad. Because his love and hate list would be the exact opposite of mine.
LOVE : One arm snatches barbell version, all squats.
Hate: Stretching, exercising injured from not streching.
Love: Deadlift… probably cause it’s the only lift where I can actually do some respectable weight.
Hate: Bulgarian Split Squats, although I love the results I get from them. I also hate ab work. It’s just… boring.
Love: Front Squats, High Pull, Any Hammer Strength Machine exercise, V-Bar Dips, decline chest movements.
Hate: Lat pulls, kickbacks, lunges.
Love: Shrugs, DL/Squats and Eating
Hate: Any Abs workout/Cardio - which probably explains why I have a huge 1-pack.

HATE: Lunges and anything involving machines instead of REAL weights.

DITTO, except I can get into isolated bicept work.
