Fav & Least Fav Body Parts to Train

Favorite- calves why? I love the feeling and working on them cause I desperatly want diamond calves

Least Favorite- shoulders why? they just always seem to hurt in a way that pisses me off.

whats yours?

I love to train my back, I always feel like it’s one of my weaker body parts (maybe because I never see it?).

I’m not a fan of training calves. That said, I don’t mind it, but I guess they would be my least favorite because after squats and rack deads I’m usually pretty exhausted.

favourite- chest, love having the pump in my chest
least favourite- abs, haven’t found one ab exercise i like

fav. chest i love stretching and knowing that i got a damn good chest workout in the day or two before
worst. abs and calves i hate that burn

all of them are my favourite

Fav = Back, I love pulling a bunch of weight and getting my lats all pumped up.

Least fav = Legs, Now I know what your all gonna say but leg day is fucking miserable.Although I like the results of leg day and actually like it when my legs are sore.

favorite is without a doubt the back. everything back. but i love dem heavy ass rows.

least fav is shoulders n abs. like TS, shoulder exercises piss me off

favorite’s gotta be the back, it always seems like i make gains week to week.

least has got to be calves, ugh, they just don’t ever feel like they grow.

favorite: shoulder (best muscle)
Least: arms, because I feel like a douche, and because I don’t want to look like those guys with no athleticism and big arms who thinks they got a physique. I almost never do a program with arm isolation

I hate doing bicep specific shit and fuckin abs.
I love doing back though.

Love, Love, Love Back. Some days, you’re just throwing heavy ass weights and feeling like a beast, and on other days, when you’re just not as fired up, you can rationalize that it’s a ‘detail’ day, and to more precision work.

There’s just so many things going on in a quality BBer’s back that you always have something you should be working on, and besides, big back = looking big in clothing without having to buy your shirts a few sizes too small (cough, cough)

S

Training DC, im gonna say quads is my favorite… the widowmaker gives you a feeling of accomplishment when your done

Least favorite would be forearms

Favourite would have to be back. It doesn’t matter if I feel like shit that day, I’m always looking forward to and able to hit my back hard.

Least favourite is easily legs. Squats are just brutal, and I’m pretty much always nauseous after legs.

That’s weird, those are my fav and least fav parts. Too many bad experiences with my shoulders. I love using the whole weight stack when doing calf raises, and 6 plates on seated calf raises for 20 reps. I like when people stare, then they use 1 plate plate for 8 reps on the same seated machine.

Oh, and back just kicks ass. Deadlifts are the best exercise, period

Favorite: Back, because it responds well to training and b/c I can train it balls to the wall without ever needing a spotter.

Least Favorite: Calves/Forearms, just b/c I find it boring as hell.

Most Frustrating: Shoulders, b/c they are lagging and no matter how they are trained I only rarely “feel” them. My mind/muscle connection with my shoulders is lagging … and it shows.

+1, even if I only do 2plate 25

I don’t really have a favorite “part” I just love squats and deads. Least favorite is definitely abs unless I’m doing corner bar rotations or dragon flags.
Cardio (unless outside) bores me.

Otherwise I love training everything

Love training everything (not trying to be positive corny).

Deadlift favourite exercise without a doubt

Favorite- Shoulders with standing BB press. cuz my shoulders are lagging and doing BB press makes me feel fuckin hardcore.

Least favorite- I just genuinely hate doing cardio. but i definitely should start doing them. gotta lose some flab from bulking. lol
