^ That’s a whole lotta jugs!

I didn’t even get into what’s in my purse.

 • wallet
 • supplements
 • gum, mints, mouthwash
 • compact and lip gloss
 • work keys, home keys, swipe cards
 • scrap paper, pen
 • hand cream
 • chap stick to keep my lips soft and supple

Dip Belt
Adidas Ironwork III Weightlifitng Shoes
Two bags chalk
towel
water bottle
shaker bottle
2X 300ml bottle chocolate milk
.25 kg and .5 kg microplates
log book
Anaconda(not the supplement, an actual Anaconda, I’m harcore)

I have 2 one for the gym at work and one for the weekend when I squat.

So right now at this minute:

Nike Sneakers
Shaving kit (with all the usual)
3 t-shirts one used 2times this week already
Ipod broke
Mp3 player working
Gym card
3 pair of underwear (one from Monday I keep forgetting to take out)
Gym shorts
Wrist Wraps
About 4 Dollars worth of change
Spud Deadlift Belt
4 pairs of Sock (I just buy a bag and throw it in there every month or so)
Velcro-ed Pic of PMPM that I paste over the front of my Spud belt when I do pull ups.
2 pens
post it notes so I can write my numbers down and just stick them to the wall when I squat/bench/mp or whatever.

This is what I carry out onto the gym floor:

Towel
Fat Gripz
I-Pod
Water Bottle
Chalk

I get some strange looks with the fat gripz.

Lifting bag:
Rubber bands for warmups
Lifting gloves - try combining lifting with daily weapon practice without getting impractically big calluses
Nike Frees
iPod
Drinking bottle
interval timer

Martial arts bag:

4 pairs of rattan sticks
2 aluminum knives
1 NOK sparring knife
1 kobutan
1 aluminum training machete
1 pair of wrestling shoes
1 pair of shin protectors
1 groin protector
1 pair of boxing gloves
2 pairs of handwraps
1 mouthguard

I have my mp3 player in my pocket, lifting straps around one hand, shaker in the other. I use the same shoes walking to the gym and in the gym. I take my supplements and change before i go down to the gym.
That sounds ideal. I used to live close to a gym and would do the same thing. Walk there in 5 minutes, shower at home after. It was great.

This is the gym bag I have. The best part is there’s a shoe compartment. I always hated wearing my gym shoes all day or else carrying them separately.
It also has two compartments (one on each side) to hold water bottles…with one of them even being insulated! The compartments are big enough to hold my Blender Bottle too.
There’s also a nice elastic compartment in the front that you can put a paperback into easily and it won’t get all beat up by the stuff in your bag.

Gym Bag:
Mouth Guard
Hand Wraps
Bag Gloves
Gym Boss Timer
Chalk
Lynx Grips
Chrome handle for cable machines x2
Towel
Shaker Bottle
Apple
Gum
Log Book w/ pencil

Chalk
Belt
Straps
Dip/pull up belt

But seriously,
A case of natty, large black dildo, and a dave matthews cd.

I don’t have a gym bag.

The gym I go to in Iraq has Chalk, and Leather Belts varying sizes.

I bring my notepad, pen, post Surge, pre Surge, wrist wraps, elastic tape for my thumbs for C&J days.

But if I were back home in CO? I’d bring all my own stuff.
(whips and spiked handcuffs included)

You boys talk a whole lotta smack…

 • small towel
 • big towel
 • mini refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, hair serum
 • blow dryer, diffuser, voluminizing mousse
 • body wash bar and razor
 • lifting gloves
 • iPod earphones
 • tupperware containers
 • protein powder, cup, water bottle
 • lock
 • body butter from the Body Shop, whatever perfume I feel like wearing (today it’s ArdenBeauty by Elizabeth Arden!)
 • a medium sized bright fuschia MAC make up bag, black MAC brush bag

Beat that boys. ;)
you forgot the Ghee Yaar

Towel
watter bottle
shirt
pants
shoes
shaker bottle
protein powder
chalk
straps
ipod
phone
wallet
keys
mouthguard
shinguards
hand wraps
boxing gloves
ball protector
boxing shorts

Yes, getting it all in the bag is like fucking Tetris.

I have no gym bag, so…

I do want to get a nice backpack to load up with shit. My human fatty flesh one is unbearable in the hot summer weather. So any ideas for a durable backpack with good support straps and probably padding along the back? I would probably just put a bunch of rocks in the thing, I have a creek near my house with LOTS of medium sized smooth river rocks.

So in the future my reply will be:

Rocks
