So what do you put in your gym bag? I recently started using wrist wraps for military presses, log work and even cleans and presses and thought that maybe we could share.

I was given a bigger gym bag about 2 years ago and I am way overdue for another one. I’m gonna end up needing a hockey bag or something. That or a new sport.

Damn I love to accessorize. Although, if you think that’s bad, you should see my trunk…
I’d also love to see what KBCthird carries in his bag, since I’m pretty sure he uses a bench shirt on pressing events, along with everything else that can be worn… watching him get ready for a farmers walk is like watching strongman barbie get her accessories on for a shopping trip.

Tennis (or lacrosse) balls and PVC are for self myofascial release. Think foam rolling for real men.
If I don’t roll my upper back out I can’t get full extension on stones and can’t load anything higher than 50", and I HAVE to roll after farmers walks or I can’t push in my clutch to get home after training.
