my shoulders arent bad though. shit, my biceps are weaker and id prefer incline hammer curls to overhead raises. i dont like t-bar rows either so i dont do them and my back is my strongest muscle group.
anyway if you want to catch some stares do rack pulls on the ledge thing of a standing preacher curl.
i think i managed to get my whole gym to look at my today though when i failed coming up from a squat and had to drop the bar. all you hear is a loud ass thud and then it was just quiet.
