Iām late to the party, but freakinā congrats on winning the challenge! And, as others have said, your deadlifts is very impressive, and I hope your shoulder recovers quickly.
i had a full thickness tear, superspinatus in 2021.
i never had surgery, been touch and go ever since.
This is exactly what I just had surgery to repair in March. Full tear of the supraspinatus.
Finishing up final weeks of PT now. Range of motion is mostly back. Strength is another matter.
