i had a full thickness tear, superspinatus in 2021.

i never had surgery, been touch and go ever since.

This is exactly what I just had surgery to repair in March. Full tear of the supraspinatus.

Finishing up final weeks of PT now. Range of motion is mostly back. Strength is another matter.

feels much better. the pain to raise my hand like asking a question is now a 4.

I’ll stick with the PT exercises until there is no pain. another day or two I think…
