I agree with the folks saying the run is a reasonable challenge if you’re big and strong enough for the lifting numbers. The run is easy for me, but I’m a dried up little bitch that can’t lift my spoon at breakfast
Can’t really say yes to any of the criteria listed in the OP, but I’m close on most of them.
I’ve met the “advanced” numbers in bench, DL, and OHP and “elite” in squat on the Ex-Rx standards for my weight class.
And to do the number of reps in the BW exercises that the t-nat article lists as “great” is insane to me while the 205/135/225 squat/bench/dead doesn’t seem ridiculous. I guess these standards assume that the woman doesn’t weigh very much.

I also wondered if these categories are skewed a bit for the midgets like me. I’m still a beginner but my bench is almost in the Great range for women, relative to my body weight.

Totally jealous of the idea of being killer at the bench press. lol.
I don’t really feel like all of the numbers go together and some may be skewed for lighter people and others will be easier for heavier people.
The straight weight or “x times bw” helps, but a 75 pound skull crusher will likely be impossible for someone who has a bw bench at 110. Or for 225 to be a double bw deadlift, the woman has to weigh like 112. I think that woman is going to have a much easier time hitting 12 pullups straight than a heavier person.
