The gauntlet is thrown! Who shall be the smallest/weakest TNationite?[/quote]

I do realize that these equations might not add up to much if your lighter but it would mean your strength to weight ratio is pretty good for you size. If you’re 210lbs+ then they add up to some respectable numbers IMO. Obviously the heavier the person the more impressive the numbers would be.

Its hard to come up with something like this that isn’t BW related ya know?

I crush all of them but the squat and the moooostash at 190…I blame soccer for my low squat but would do the run sub-18. I have noone to blame but my parents for my lack of hair haha

If you added a number to the hundredth place would be enough to hurt me, as in lifting bw x 1.55 in any of the lifts except DLs. I am working on my OHP press right now (as in clean & press) and I expect it to moving up soon.

Greg what about this?

^^That is ridiculous! How do you not go flying off the seat?

Bench press, Squat and DL your bodyweight at least 10 times? no

Do 10 full ROM pull ups or chin ups? no

Run 3 miles under 30 minutes? probably

Bench Press 1.5x your bodyweight? no

Squat 2x your bodyweight? no

Deadlift 2x your bodyweight? no but very close

OHP 1x your bodyweight? no

EDIT: Grow a mustache that is both fierce and majestic? not a chance…

@ 235lbs, 5’11"

wow… embarrassing, result of not training consistently for a couple years now and not taking the time to rehab my shoulder and hip properly…time to get to it

X2! WOW!

I couldn’t make it out - Was that three or four plates?

And then he stands up like there’s nothing but a bar on his shoulders. I’m ashamed of all the time I’ve spent training at this point.

Edit to add: I’m guessing this doesn’t work the entire dorsal chain as well as doing them standing, right? More of a modified back extension? Any insight?

BW: 205

Bench press, Squat and DL your bodyweight at least 10 times? Yes

Do 10 full ROM pull ups or chin ups? Yes

Run 3 miles under 30 minutes? Easy.

Bench Press 1.5x your bodyweight? Use to before shoulder surgery 3+ yr ago. Now I’m close…

Squat 2x your bodyweight? No. Not sure I’ll ever get full range at 2x. That’s tough.

Deadlift 2x your bodyweight? Yes

OHP 1x your bodyweight? No. Not sure I ever had this one.

The question I have for you young folk is: Do you think you’ll be able to do them all when you are in your mid 50s like this old dog?

5’9, 190ish.

Bench press, Squat and DL your bodyweight at least 10 times? Yes, benched 225x20, don’t squat but I’m sure I could get 190 more than 10 times, and DLed 445x9 the other day (touch and go with straps).

Do 10 full ROM pull ups or chin ups? Yeah, but it’d be tough, I don’t do these either, much prefer pulldowns.

Run 3 miles under 30 minutes? Never tried, I can run a mile in 7:something though so I’d imagine so.

Bench Press 1.5x your bodyweight? Yes, max 335

Squat 2x your bodyweight? Nah, but if I squatted for a couple months I probably could because I know I’d be good for 365ish now.

Deadlift 2x your bodyweight? Yes, max 495 (think I’m good for more now though)

OHP 1x your bodyweight? No idea, seated DB Shoulder press 90’s x 8 though so probably.

EDIT: Grow a mustache that is both fierce and majestic? Not even close, terrible facial hair growing ability :frowning:

Nice! You keep that thinking up and you’ll do it.

I ask you, have you been ridiculed in a thread about your puny size? That, grasshopper, is the first test.

More than once, and I laugh in your general direction.

Have you been ridiculed about your split/cardio? Better bring it bigger than that, baby!

Edit: In retrospect, I think we’re taking the epenis measuring in the completely wrong direction.

Yes to all…I suppose most anyone that can do all of those things will most likely be a pretty well-rounded person as far as being in good shape with good strength goes.

kinda what I was going for. I think those are all pretty good base numbers.

Okay I yield the honor to you (even though I would never talk about cardio, this is BB baby!) if no other reason than you are willing to document your size and shirt fetishes in pictures.

I do find myself thinking the poster should be bigger than me to claim any accomplishments.

So I decided to try 'em all in one workout (save the running, cuz I’m lazy and know I’d fail). I got 'em all except the OHP where I was 10kgs off. Looks like I have to work on OHP and conditioning.
