by itself a 30 minute 3 mile run is weak… but if you’re big enough and strong enough to do the rest of those things then its not that bad.

I feel like these are all very reasonable marks to hit and I threw the 3 mile run in there as a conditioning type of benchmark.

The article I linked has standards as Decent, Good, Great.

Gregron’s list is all from the Good column for men, except the 10 pull-ups is only Decent for guys.

So for women, I’m also Good at Bench, Pull-ups, Push-ups, DLs, and Elbow Plank.

My squat is only Decent, but that’s gonna change.

And yes I can run 3 miles in under 24 minutes.

Faster if there’s a mean dog on my heels.

EDIT: I’m not talking about the 10x for Bench, DL, and Squat. Just the others by body weight.

I didn’t put it in there as an impressive thing. I was trying to broaden the standard a bit with the slower times. If I was going for impressive I would have said 21 minutes. (or something like that)
