3 miles in under 30 minutes??? C’mon, man!
Respectable challenge: 3 miles in less than 22 minutes
Better challenge: 3 miles in less than 18
EDIT: The “Better challenge” is probably too steep. That said, 10 minutes/mile for a three mile race is extremely slow, particularly vis-a-vis the other goals.
by itself a 30 minute 3 mile run is weak… but if you’re big enough and strong enough to do the rest of those things then its not that bad.
Everything except that running bullshit. I wouldn’t even run 3 miles when I played basketball. Hell, each year in high school basketball they had a mile run on day one. Guess who missed day one?
And mustaches are for porn stars and I retired in the 90’s.

3 miles in 25min is a recovery run. A little confused why 3 in 30 is considered impressive, as many have mentioned.
no on the rest.
I didn’t put it in there as an impressive thing. I was trying to broaden the standard a bit with the slower times. If I was going for impressive I would have said 21 minutes. (or something like that)

Bench press, Squat and DL your bodyweight at least 10 times? (Yes on Squat and DL, No for BP)
Do 10 full ROM pull ups or chin ups? (Yes)
Run 3 miles under 30 minutes? (IDK probably not)
Bench Press 1.5x your bodyweight? (No)
Squat 2x your bodyweight? (Yes)
Deadlift 2x your bodyweight? (FUCK YES)
OHP 1x your bodyweight? (I dont know. Im more of a Seated press guy)
The bench press is my kryptonite, as my fractured left arm from a few years ago keeps me from attempting HEAVY BPs. I can BP my bodyweight so, I’m satisfied with that
As for the stache, I’m also more of a goatee kind of guy. And FTR, goatees look so much cooler than mustaches.
