Your Bodyfat seems pretty high for a wrestler?
That can happen if you dont have an athletic base when you start wrestilng and they crash diet you.
It happened to me, cuz they put your body in starvation mode and then you get let loose of the strict bullshit and balloon up.
You do seem pretty fat tho, considering the season ended, what february 15th?
yah, i’m in shape in terms of not getting winded in a match (you know wrestling shape), but i didnt lose a ton of fat
and as far as my routine, nothing special, typical week looks like this.
Mon.
Bench(or db press) 4x5
bent over row 4x5
db military press 3x(8,6,4)
incline curls 3x5 (eacharm)
dips 3x failure
sprints (40yards, walk back, 5 times)
Tue.
Deadlift 4x5
back squat 5x5
rom. DL 3x10
calf raises 1x20 (hold for 3)
jump rope 5mins
Wed, Thur, Fri alternate upper/lower body as above
i have a personal fitness class in school, so for that reason i lift 5 days a week.
Don’t worry about scars on ur back we don’t care, you won’t get a good rating here you seem not too bad in terms of strength in comparison to how you look, what’s your routine look like.
i know, i’m not so much looking for a rating as just some advice and constructive criticism

Try to do some more upper body pulling movements if possible. You’ve got some seriously protracted shoulder blades usually indicitive of a muscle imbalance and from the looks of your training program you’re doing 3 upper body pressing movements and only 1 pull! Add in some chin-ups or lat pulldowns and try to balance your pushing and pulling movements in terms of total volume lifted.

ok, i’ll do that. and as far as the protracted shoulders, i think thats just the way i posed. idk, it looked better at the time, lol
If you seriously want to increase your strenth try the Shut Up Program. I doubled my strength in 4 weeks. Great program and a lot of fun to. I did the 4 day split routine.

thanks, that would be great. all in all, strength is my main concern
BTW man, are you serious about wrestling or is it just something you fool around with, will you be wrestling next season?
Because if so, there are alot of off-season training programs you can do. I doubt your coach leaves you high and dry after season like that.
You do look like hell for someone who just wrestled a whole season, is you’re team competitive?
Our coach had everyone look like concentration camp victims by the end of the season, thats why I’m asking.
I would talk to some of the elite wrestlers on your squad and your coach. Don’t be afraid to approach them, if you’re serious enough to be looking for programs and talking to us. You are serious enough to talk to them.
You’re only 16, you have 2-3 years left and then college, if you jump in to gear now, you’ll make some serious improvements, and being a part of an athletic team, will probably keep you more on track with your goals, than corresponding over the internet with people you don’t interact with on a regular basis.
Training in the off season will make you an elite athlete, training with other elite athletes will introduce you to hot shot people, hanging out with these people will get you pussy off the egotistical cheerleader variety. Being good at wrestling, makes you’re social life good.

It’s far better to post on the beginner section then. I’m not sure if you can move this thread over there, but at least you might want to edit a disclaimer into your original post.
Anyway, what’s your diet like? What did you look like before you started wrestling? Seems like your metabolism is destroyed. Had a physical lately? Everything check out? Check out this article (minus the supplements), as well as articles on here from Berardi.
