I never maxed out because I never really saw the point of doing one rep. But my rep for bench went from reping 150 4 times to reping 190 4 times in that time period, for dead lift it went from 250 to 325. I was going to do squat but I got my knee injured so I never really found out how many I could do.
lol, cut him some slack…hes very self conscious…
be honest with me young man, did you inflate your lift numbers?
i knew a guy who was your height and weight, and he was diesel, and you dont look too chubby sooo…

Check my profile, I did brief stint of modelling too - pun intended
lol jks
hey you changed your avatar good, i’ll give you some better advice now.
Really hit your abs, the core is a often neglected muscle and it will help bring up all your lifts-also abs look good-
Since your a wrestler it might not be great to eat a lot-not sure what weight class you want to compete in-
So I’m guessing you want to get powerful and strong, so I would stick to low reps and add Olympic weightlifting with low reps-this shouldn’t add any weight especially with the intense wrestling cardio, though you might be sore and might effect performance so not sure if you want to lift at all-
If you want to look good though, your going to need to gain some weight. Can’t really offer any lifting advice for bodybuilding since your not going to be lifting though right now. Kind of inconvenient to post a pic now looking for feedback when you can’t do much about it now don’t you think?

Yea I know I did not focus so much on my Abs, and Wrestling is only 3month thing so after that all im doing is lifting. But reason I posted was I just wanted to see if I was going good for the first 2months. Trust me next time I post some after pictures they will be better and they wont be 2months in.

No trust me I love to squat its all I did(the right way Parallel not no half ass squats I see people do all the time).
I wrestle 160 and I lift MORE now than I used to. I have a weight lifting class, plus ~45 min of lifting during wrestling practice.
At first I thought cutting back on lifting would be a good idea, but for cutting weight, keep in mind that muscle burns calories.
Plus it couldn’t hurt to shred 5+ pounds of fat
and replace it with 5 pounds of muscle
Good luck this year…
