Starting Again After Wrestling Season

i know it’s not much, but it’s me. i’m deciding on what to do from here. i’m not really interested in competing in BB, but i wouldn’t mind looking more defined. but mostly i just want the strength. right now my max’s are

bench - 205
dead - 405
squat - 315
clean - 210

any critique or advice is much appreciated

The only thing youve given us an opportunity to critique is the smiley face you have used to hide your face. Maybe you should have used the color blue and not green.

How can you expect serious advice when all you have given us are 4 maxes, no goals, no training log, no diet, nothing.

I can tell you right off the bat, a bench of 205 at a BW 186 is very, very bad. Also, the fact that your bench is so bad, it leads me to believe you have exaggerated the rest of your lifts.

Studly legs hottie!

interesting…can we see a back shot?

i would’ve, but i have scars all over my back and you can’t see much of the definition, so…

you look horrible. Why did you post? What do you want us to rate?

scars from what and im not so much looking for definition, rather thickness and overall size

You say you want to improve your strength and maybe be a little more defined. Well, check out Chad Waterbury’s 10x3 for fat loss article. Great program to achieve both.

thanks, i’ll have to try this. i just need to get my diet in check. its not bad, but its not good either

Did they have you crash diet during wrestling? Cuz you look deflated. Don’t do that shit man, it fucks with your not just your physique but your health. I used to do that shit and I feel like its permanently fucked me up.

I agree…

Don’t worry about scars on ur back we don’t care, you won’t get a good rating here you seem not too bad in terms of strength in comparison to how you look, what’s your routine look like.

whats your age? height…weight? tough to judge based just on a pic…Your Bodyfat seems pretty high for a wrestler?

Your arms are pretty small, you need to work on everything…

Join a gym, its impossible to stay fit in Wisconsin during winter…way too damn cold outside…I used to live in Lake geneva…

what part of Wisconsin you from?

Your Bodyfat seems pretty high for a wrestler?

That can happen if you dont have an athletic base when you start wrestilng and they crash diet you.

It happened to me, cuz they put your body in starvation mode and then you get let loose of the strict bullshit and balloon up.

You do seem pretty fat tho, considering the season ended, what february 15th?
