I agree, bench press sucks. If you don’t like it, then don’t do it unless you are training for a meet.
And for the “blah blah this is the powerlifting forum!!! blah blah” crowd…believe it or not, but not everyone who likes powerlifting competes, so you don’t have to stick to the competition lifts. Shocking, I know.
