In a 4 month span, since starting a training course for rugby, I dropped from 245lbs-185lbs. My bench press went from 100lbs-260lbs(3rm), squats from 200lbs-500(not 3rm). I’m starting power-lifting at a 350lbs deadlift and a 150lbs clean&press. All from a fitness program at school, starting protein shakes, and cutting junk food out of my diet at 17yrs old.
I could possibly believe everything except the squat. No way did you increase your squat 300lbs in 4months! Feel free to post a video to prove me wrong.
You don’t seem to have much muscle mass since you are curling in the picture and I can’t even see a bicep.
First off, fuck you for being another one of those teenagers who lies about thier lifts and takes away from those who actualy do workout. Im so damn sick of hearing these kids braging about high squats and spotted benches.
Yes, fuck you, bitch.
Nice job loseing the weight, but your lifts are bullshit, high squats, spotted bench, probably hex or hithced deadlift.

Congrats either way on the fat loss though.
Must have used the Smolov squat routine … no, no, by the looks it must have been the Smirnoff routine. Smirnoff would explain why his lifts are skewed.

Agreed. But I’m only 18 and I bench 386.8, squat 392…KILOGRAMS! . Dont dealift…I have a bad back. I leg press 26 plates…per SIDE. And in the squat rack I can curl 225, but only if I’m doing 21’s and passing it off to my workout partner (read: girlfriend)
On the other hand, if all his stats are true…then he must be using McFucktard or whatever his name is over in the BB forum’s hungarian oak torso body blast superclusterhypertrophyfuck program.
You lost almost 4 lbs. a week over a 4 month period while massively increasing your strength???
Beginner gains can count for something but if this is even REMOTELY true then you are a genetic freak who could rule the PL & BB worlds.
I’m still calling Bullshit but I congratulate you on what appears to be some solid progress. Keep up the good work!
shit like this is getting real bad, i have a kid in school who claims an 835 pound deadlift for 5 reps, and his bench jumped from 275 to 360 in 2 months…i told him he could fuck himself, it’s ridiculus.

And I’m spent.

Liar, you told me it was 386.7456234723 on the bench in kilos. The superclusterhypertrophyfuck program does not provide enough to have a 386.8 kilo bench. Pshhhh.
