How Is He This Strong?

I saw ex co worker after almost 7 years at gym today

He was skinny and had acne before but now is balding and has a gut

He’s my age

How on earth is he able to Deadlift 280lb for 1 rep, 250lb for 3 or 200lb for 5???

His technique was shitty and it was his first time doing it. He wore a belt

I do 200lbx 5 and 225lbx2 unbelted and that’s after following program for 6 months with gluttony diet

All I know is he used to be into cycling. But he now works as a car mechanic

again, average physique with gut.

What a strange post…

There are a lot of people who can walk into a gym for the first time and deadlift much more than that.

Untrained male shouldn’t be able to deadlift so much. He looks about 148lbs; 165 if he’s lucky

But he’s deadlifting what is says in lbs in KG! With shitty technique. And he sets bar down/regrips (takes a few seconds to); I don’t (I regrip if I lose it but not every rep)

I’m above untrained but below novice and i’m 196lbs. I do 225lbs for 2

did I mention skinny-fat and balding?

Feels bad bro

Dude if I could give a award for the dumbest fucking post I have ever seen I would give it to you. My wife weighed in at 125 and pulled 185 her first ever heavy deadlift session with said shitty form. less than 12 weeks later at 130 she pulled 270 and squat 255 with wraps. He is not strong or even stronger than average. Maybe stronger than you but that’s where the impressiveness ends.

TC, watch this, as it most likely will explain the issues you are having

Roids! Explains the balding and gh gut. Damn juicers are everywhere. Some of them don’t even train!

My 114lb wife can deadlift 225 for 3. It’s just not that hard.

He’s into cycling/BMX if that helps?

And he’s doing underhand barbell rows with 65lbs but I can do overhead for 100x5

Can it be?

Could it be possible that this post is not in fact genuine, but troll?

Stop comparing yourself to others, focus on what you do and go from there. Those numbers are not impressive at all either, keep working hard make a goal for 315 and tell us when you hit at least 405.

How did Wilt Chamberlain score 100 points in a single game?

How did Usain Bolt shatter the 100m record?

How did Al Bundy throw 4 touchdown passes in a single game?

Sometimes all you can do is sit back and admire the spirit of a true champion.

With all due respect, Al Bundy SCORED 4 touchdowns in a single game as either a running back or receiver. He wasn’t a quarterback.

I don’t give a flat fuck about your stupid ass fucking chart. I saw it and its documented here on this site with video. A 300 pound man can’t deadlift 170 are fucking kidding me your god damn pathetic.
