I wish! Nah… the top lifters from our club are reasonably competitive with the top lifters from their club, but they still beat us most of the time. Ben is/was the national champion, so he’s on another level altogether.

55 and 75kg’s are going to be my opening weights for the comp comming up on Saturday. Snatches and Jerks are not as consistent as i’d like. Better spend the next few days ironing the wrinkles out.

You should totally keep a firm log on how your shit improves and what sessions you take the GPC shit and ones that you dont. We all need to hear the review on this shit for a month or however long you’re taking it. esp on ME days. That would be dope if this stuff were the hot shit for OLing.

My clean went up by 15kg, and snatch by 7.5kg.

I’m also peaking for a meet. So it can be a combination of things

what made it worse is that the club has dedicated training sessions in the gym were we train, but none of the other lazy bastards turned up!

It’s looking a bit grim at our club for members turning up. We’re down to 3-4 regulars from about 9-10 a few months ago. Some of the missing guys are injured, but not to the point were they can’t do anything. Three of the young guys have quit to following a bodybuilding routine. They were pretty promising too. The youngest was 15 and nearly doing 1.5x bodyweight c&j and about a 75kg snatch at about 65kg.

Shame really.
