First!
And, next time, could you setup a little further back!? ![]()
Looking forward to another log filled with PRs.
Joe, you almost had the 425! plenty of bar speed at first but it looked like you forgot to “hump the bar”.
The side video was good and what I saw is that you could try to sit your butt back more and pull the bar back instead of up. This is something I just felt on my last rack pull session and am trying to get that feel pulling from the floor.

like the new thread title.
Great deadlifting
Great new thread title. I had to laugh at the scenery. You had to know everyone would watch and say Joe who?

The two videos at the very end of my old thread might be more to your preference.
Now where could the idea for this log title have come from? Hmmmmmm.

I’d have a lot more PR if there were fewer distractions lifting at my gym.

I agree, I could tell I was getting out over the abr at that point in the day.
I’m pretty sure I’ll get 425 soon.

Hmmmm…I was thinking the opposite. I might get more PRs, if there were distractions like that.
Nice deadlift Joe, I concur with most of the others, get roll the damn bar back just a bit… you was hogging the picture
You were deadlifting ? Oh yeah, er great lift! Good work Joe.

For that particular video the camera should have been on the other side.
And facing away from Joe.

It it hadn’t been sitting on the platform weights I would have. I’ll see if I can catch some more of natures majesty for you guys.
