3- pork gyoza
1/2 of a small ginger house salad
Edamame
3 pieces salmon maki
2 pieces shrimp tempura roll
4 salmon nigiri
2 yellowtail nigiri
4 pieces of eel roll

That’s all I could fit in. Hahhaahh!
And that may be an overestimate.
When things settled my family went on a two mile walk.

No dessert?!
I am disappoint.
I had a few dark choc peanut M&M’s
the lifesaver.
Sugarfree Vanilla & caramel Monin Frappa cappuccino.
It makes my muscles look bigger.

Is it calorie free?
I misspoke- it’s the same stuff you told me about earlier. It was the favors and espresso. Calorie and sugar free. I got nervous for a second… phew.

Body weight: 109.8 (ouch)
Last week: 109.6
Energy: needing naps- kinda weird since I just changed to regular green tea extract.
Mood: calm- I can feel my pms coming on though.
Strength level: I’ve upped my weight on most workouts and feel crazy strong.
I’m hungry all the time. Would like to introduce some new things to the diet as its getting hot and I really want melons, cucumbers, etc.

Nez - Hang tough and have faith in the process. You’re doing great. About weight loss on your tiny frame, remember that 1 pound is a bigger percentage of BW than on one of these guys. I’m not coaching you, so I won’t advise but I’d expect it might be hard to keep the pound a week pace every week. Had to smile when I saw your height as 4’11 3/4. It must be the petite girl thing. I always say I’m nearly 5’2", but I’m 5’6" in some good heels.
Every part of an inch counts. LOL! You’re looking good. It’s these next few pounds that will make the muscles look more defined so keep on keepin’ on. I’m excited for ya!

No “ouch” about it, you definitely leaned up this week. Don’t forget you had the cheat meal last week which could definitely have a small effect on weight too. You look fuller and muscles are becoming a little bit more defined. Waist seems to be shrinking every week too.
Are you following the meal plan to the t?
If you’re comfortable with it now, I can give you a macro-based diet like I’m doing with spidey where you are at liberty to pick the food sources. It makes adjusting week to week easier on the both of us too and you don’t have to get bored eating the same stuff everyday. I actually commend you on doing so already! I need variety! While hunger is unfortunately part of the process, I do want it to be as enjoyable as possible for you. Are you still enjoying the training?
Cucumbers are fine. Practically calorie free, so you don’t have to count them. You can do melon as your pre-workout fruit. Again, just make sure it comes out to the same amount of carbs as before.
Nez you’re doing awesome
I would take Jake up on his offer to just give macro as opposed to a meal plan. You seem to be like me, and just kind of like your sweets or particular foods. So doing a macro based diet will be much easier IMO.
Most days, I eat pretty clean now being at home, but I mean, the other night I got a good deal of my carbs from Ice Cream lol. Eating the same thing every day would make me more likely to cheat, I feel.
But like I said, great job, making vast improvements!

A pound is a ton! Hahah! Thank you!
Can see progress in each pic. Unless I missed it and you need to be in a weight class or something weight doesn’t matter as much as body comp and yours has improved each round of pics. Well done
How do you like the eggs for breakfast and cottage cheese before bed? You wanna stick with that?
sure. i look forward to the cottage cheese and the eggs are easy and inexpensive.
So how do you feel about me just giving you the macros to hit for 4 other meals during the day while keeping eggs and cottage cheese in place?
I’ll of course outline a basic way of counting them too.
