DL 170kg for 8 (TnG)
Finally joined the 3 plate club on the bench. Let it get a little too far over my face (first time ever with 315 in my hands on the bench) but grinded through it.

Nice job!
That overall bar path looks fine (you did slightly lose control on ascent, but dealt with it). You moved the bar over your shoulders, which will be the strongest position to lockout. You shouldn’t be benching in a straight line.
185X15 close stance strict good mornings
300X8 2’ deficit deadlifts
3X3 NGHR against two micro minis
25X6 for 3 sets dead hang fat grip chin ups
And I guess I’ll throw this one up these two as a volume PR’s. 225X2 floor press for 5 sets.
bwX10 for three sets fat grip dead hang pull ups
That’s about it that I care about listing.

It actually wasn’t too bad. I didn’t start feeling it until about 80 percent through. W/ 20 yd sprints, you never really get to top speed, so I think the recovery is a bit quicker. My sprints are also driven by the arms/shoulders, which may also limit the speed I reach. I usually do less sprints and more tire throws, which seems a lot more exhausting.
I’d probably have a lot more trouble recovering from a 2 mile run than this.
