This will be a video log/journal. Here I will post both training and life updates. This of course means that the uploading of video format material will be relatively more frequent. I’ll try to get a video every time I lift from this point.

Physical Stats:
19 (until October 16)
5’8
~200-205 (heaviest was about 222-223)

Lifting Stats:
Best Bench - 410, 385 (close grip)
Best Incline Bench - 315x2 (close grip)
Best Squat - 570-580, 500 (no belt), (535x3 heaviest rep set), 440 (no belt, paused) *recent
Best Strict Press - 242 (not a true max), 235x2, 205x6 (had 2-3 left)
Best Deadlift - ~600, 555 (deficit, no belt)
Best Weighted Pullup - ~132-150x2 in chains
Best Weighted Dip - 180x2

I’m currently employing an increment method for training my supine pressing movements. I start my work sets with whatever weight I desire then perform triples in increments of 20lbs. I stop ideally around a RPE of 9. Rest periods are kept moderate (about 1:30 but not monitored). It went pretty well for close grip incline bench today. I like it so far.
