Dead hang chins: 6 x 20kg (@88.2kg BW)

First Heavy OHP Work in a Year

280 for 1- 25 lbs all time Clean and Press PR.

300 for 1 clean no press.- I missed this because i freaked my self out and never thought Id ever get it to the rack position. 45lbs Clean PR.

Beltless Front Squat PR: 120kg.
This was also a post injury PR since last May. Which was the last time I hit 120kg

Deadlift PR of 345 x 1. 10lb PR. BW 153. 2.25 x BW.

Then 140kg x 8, wanted 10 but I couldn’t keep tight. Still a 1 rep PR.

Did rack pulls for the first time on Saturday, so default PR of 5 x 200kg after my 5/3/1 sets (triple at 170kg then two singles with 180).

More progress tonight on OHP with 14 x 52.5, and pull-ups, with sets of 10,8,8,8,8. Closing in on 5x10 :slight_smile:

Snatched 75kgx2 on saturday.

Finally making solid progress on my deadlift again, hit 205kg x 4 off of 3 mats (about 1/2-3/4" per mat).
Weighted chins volume PR: 2 x 6 x 20kg, 3 x 5 x 20kg @89.2kg bodyweight
DB rows: 100lbs x 15

squat: 315lbs (post-injury pr)
shoulder press: 150lbs

Different kind of PR.

Yesterday was the first time I tried doing BTN presses since I injured my shoulders (by doing BTN presses).

Last night was also the first night in a long while that I didn’t wake up because of shoulder pain. Actually slept pain-free. This wasn’t because of the BTN presses (obviously), but it’s great to know I can do these without them causing trouble.

Right now I’m swearing by band pullapart variations and band dislocates for shoulder rehab. I can’t believe I didn’t try these sooner.

(I just did 95 for 5, then 65 for 3x12 w/30s rests. So low right now, lol.)
