Knee Recovery

Hey guys,

Knees have been copping a beating lately due to the increased volume of my training. What have you found has been the best recovery methods to reduce tenderness, increase recovery rate etc? I’m leaning towards a cold/ice bath for 10 mins following a workout.

i found using a heat rub something like bengay cream before lifting session helps me! kines tape helps me out too! if you dont have knee sleeves invest in one

Limit crashing down on your squats. Knees take a huge beating already from Sn and CJ.
