Is SquatDr a Fraud?

Of course it does!!!
Men & women participated in ‘athletics’ long before people got paid for it.

Not sure how this is personal.

no it doesn’t bother me…

quite a bit of people out perform me.

i don’t really get where you’re going with this… you are trying to somehow get me to admit this is all because of jealousy etcetc, when it absolutely isnt… i look up to plenty of athletes and coaches who are better than me…

stop trying to bait me with bullshit… I have a forum-addiction problem, I reply too damn much…

i knew people would think im a jackass for doing this even if he is a fraud and i am correct, that doesn’t bug me. what cracks me up is, if he was legit, he’d come to his own rescue and make me look like even more of an idiot… no man i know would allow his world records to be tarnished by some “douchebag” named adarqui.

This is all the proof you need.

Proof of what? Messed up camera angles and excuses about being private yet posting all these pics, telling poeple where he works, becoming a member of the flying101 dunk team (yet we never saw a dunk) etc?

It’s pretty lame that the OP created 2 more user names for this thread, but those camera angles do seem fishy.
I hope you’re not referring to me… I joined 3 years ago. Just happened to be my first ever post in this thread.

Ya he is probably on steriods has springs in his shoes. Lol messed up camera angles don’t put your head at the rim regardless. You can analyze all you want but I bet you that your not even close as being as athletic as he is.
Yeah im nowhere near as good as he is. Sorry, I don’t remember claiming to be in my massive 4 posts in this thread. When the camera is practically on the ground and you’re jumping pretty far out from the hoop (the flying 101 vid) it can be EASILY made to look like you’re head is at the rim. I could make a vid looking like I jump a ton higher than I actually do. Its not hard. Its amazing how many people will believe it too…

FWIW, there are some guys out there that we’ve never heard of that can lift stupid weight. If they never compete and they don’t get into YouTubeing their gym lifts, their accomplishments pretty much cruise under the radar. So it’s possible that this dude is telling the truth.

I assume that everyone on here that gives a stat about themselves is being honest. If they’re not, who cares? Your internet bragging rights aren’t worth much. At least not to me. Since, afterall, I am a billionaire CIA agent cage-fighter and when I am not killing ninjas or banging porn starlets with my 15-inch dick I am flying in one of my MiG-29s
We had both competed for the same university in Track and Field but at different times. The guy looked very athletic, I don’t recall what he was lifting that day but I do remember that he had some big ass ripped to shreds legs for a “little guy”.

A side note: In the same gym there was a 650 bench presser who is probably little known, but it was a usapl comp that he benched 650 in so I guess it’s legit. So I guess the point is that there are some monster weightroom efforts that go on unnoticed by the majority that happen everyday. Is SquatDr’s squat pr possible? maybe. Can he jump what he says he can? maybe. Does it matter to me no but I just wanted to say that my brief experience with the guy was positive.

I lifted some big squats when I was a kid but I have very little evidence of it, so did it happen?
Do you live far from him now? Do you know the gym he works in? Maybe you can take up his open invitation for everyone to go train with him and then film something?

Maybe i’m just naive. Usually I want to believe the best about everybody but maybe he is a fake which would suck.

You probably lift with powerlifters, so you guys actually know what raw is. What I meant was that the non-powerlifting set of lifters seem to have different ideas of what raw is.

Professor X might be taking pictures of somebody else and posting them. You never know. He never gave us his real name so we haven’t been able to successfully stalk him. I usually only find old white guys in wheel chairs.

Did I say that he couldn’t possibly be lying? He’s a great athlete either way. I’m not going to be upset at all if I took advice from a guy just because he doesn’t have a 50 inch vertical. I mean, isn’t Kelly Baggett your hero over there? Rightfully so, but even he doesn’t have a 50 inch vertical.

And he was all that forum had? Bullshit. Its the absolute number one place on the net for vertical jump info with or without him.

Not really. If I had a question about my vertical jump, there are several people I would go before I went to TVS. Just to give a few names I know you’ll recognize; Nizar, JTrinsey, and Kelly Baggett. Technically they are all members at your site, but none of them are active anymore.

adarqui = legit, squatdr = not.

Who are you to say who is legit and who isn’t? You’re talking about people you met over the internet. You don’t know if ANYBODY is legit.
Nizar was on the TVS chat just 2 days ago so clearly he checks the site often enough. Kelly Baggett also regulsrly checks. JTrinsey seems to have spurts where he will post frequently then disappear for a while. And adarqui is a massive poster with heaps of knowledge on vert info and has helped a ton of people. Then Alex Vasquez and another guy (Shawn someone) who was the 2008 Minnesota NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year. I don’t think you could find a site with people better to ask about vert training.

I know adarqui is legit. He has trained himself from like 24" running vert to about 38" in just under 2 years and has over 100 vids on youtube of different aspects of his training. I know squatdr is not legit (in terms of what he is claiming) based on everything adarqui found. He is clearly a great athlete though even with his “real” stats.

Would that make me a stalker? I recall reading that the 50" vert was at the urging of some S&C coaches so I’ll ask the guys I know at a local power program facility if it was them, if so they should be able to at least back up what is claimed if said jump for said height occurred. I’m only 20 minutes away from the city his gym would be in I could probably find it and see what’s up. Hopefully he’ll post a vid before I get creepy and stalk him.

doesnt even matter if i believe squatdr or not, i only presented facts / opinion as to why he cold be a fraud… squatdr could have easily refuted all of this.

well just please make sure you get contact info for these people… i’d respect that you would do that, but if it’s just another “some guy says ya i saw him jump 800 inches” it won’t mean much… there were 3 people there during his 50/55.5" day as he claims, and he also claims video.

i don’t get why a s&c coach would not want to be contacted on this, considering the s&c coach in question originally doubted AC (apparently), so thats why they went to test him.

ill be honest, at this point, video is going to be the only thing that saves him… he’s clearly in damage control mode right now by disappearing and letting CCJ/others handle his PR.

run everyone… run… this guy did 1 minute of research! ahhhhhhhh

well, i have tons of video of myself dunking/jumping/testing on a vertec… if i was doctoring all of those videos then i deserve a career in special FX/film making.

it’s obvious frank yang is legit… it’s obvious usain bolt is legit… it’s obvious someone is legit when they provide LEGIT video… legit-legit-legit. etc

you make no sense… it’s comical.

I’m not sure that the guys I mentioned are the ones in question but I’ll find out if they are and if so, I’ll provide the number to the facility and names of “eyewitnesses” and see if there is a video. Short of that you are right the heights are an unsubstantiated claim.

You guys exaggerate like little children. Work on that and maybe people will take you more seriously. “This is the most retard post I’ve ever read,” “this guy did 1 minute of research,” “some guy says ya i saw him jump 800 inches.”

Anyway, I’ve made this thread a much bigger issue than it ever should have been, so I’m done. You can go back to your little website and make believe that you have the best forum on the internet. Good luck with your training.
Eielson wrote:
So let me get this straight. SquatDr has video, you just don’t think it’s legit?
I think that there are only photos of the 50.5" vertical day. I believe that the pics released were not of the vertec tests but of a jump afterwards. The videos are of lower jumps which if they are 40"-45" they are still frickin’ ridiculously good. I think the questions are directed at the fact that there is not a video in circulation of the 50.5" standing vertical jump.
