Input On Intentional Atrophy

hey it’s cool guys
i don’t really care anymore b/c well i’m int he middle of this “regimen” as i’m typing this
i am sticking to my plan that i had from the start
here’s how it’s gone so far:
woke up went into the garage
lifted 10x1 with 280 weight
then made a batch of coffee
then lifted with good mornings, deadlifts, romanians, and leg curls
have been continuing that last bit all day
just walked outside in this freezing cold weather on top of the fact that i have a cold and haven’t eaten anything but a distributed 2/3 of an M&M and a dried cranberry
so i think, don’t hold me onthis one that the chill to my body has caused it to use more… calories… b/c it needs to keep warm, this might have caused it to tap into some unused fat stores… but idk
i will admit i’ve tried awful hard to attain as much info as possible but i was hoping to gain more info on this topic ur right i’m not here to learn about “gaining muscle” i think i honestly know “how to do that”

not that hard just takes a lot of effort
this however is proving to be the most extreme workout i’ve ever done or ever heard of
not b/c of the workout
but b/c of the extreme strain on my body
well cool

i’m feeling a flood of emotion right now b/c it’s all coming together really
w/e bash me all u want

i know what i want and that’s that
btw i’m not responding to negative feedback no mo’ b/c to be quite honest it’s just gettin overwhelming and i’m not sure if i can keep up with the critisism
i can take it i like the bashing to be quite honest it’s fun

So let me get all of this straight…

1.) you’re 5’9", 160 lbs.
2.) 7% bodyfat
3.) you never train legs because you don’t want them any bigger because they are soooooooo huuuuge and muscular

and you’re asking how you can make them smaller and less muscular???

are you a female?

dude, u wanna give me ur address so i can beat the shit outta u
ok if this makes u feel better

they’re not huge
and they’re not muscular
but i still

don’t like them…
anything else
god, i swear ur worse than my mom
You are a child and delusionial at that, go eat your dinner your dad is calling you. And go back to posting on the NAMBLA site. I’m sure they will be more than happy in assisting you in losing the little muscle mass you have and having the body of a 10 year old boy which you seem to desire.

I’m done with this thread.

next time your sitting next to a bunch of todays average girls your height and shorter check out the size of their legs… . if you still think yours are huge I demand you post a picture… . otherwise I think youre severely messed up… . if you were genetically blessed with large legs you should be happy. …

Well played caselorance, well played. You hooked an awful lot of people with this particular bait.

thank god. i have been reading through this wondering how the fuck no one had called it out as an obvious joke. i even held back my initial urge to quickly respond “come on people, this is a joke”…because i seem to do that before reading the rest of the pages, which are sure enough, filled with people that have just discovered the truth.

but come on, are these responses serious, or are the people playing along with the joke? i honesty cant tell, and this is definitely the most obvious joke ive ever seen on here.

and its funny, initially, when you read the first post, its not funny. you think to yourself, “what an idiot, this isnt funny,” but goddamn, by the time so many fall for it, it is fucking funny!

[sarcasm]

I think that
Maybe because he writes
All his posts
Like a poem,
That many readers
Are confused.
And in their confusion,
They respond,
Hoping…
To solve his problems.
When in fact,
Their is
No problem,
And
No solution.

Is this yet another troll job? I just saw your stats 5’7" 160#'s.

I have skinny legs. I am bigger and lift far more weight.

Perhaps you are serious and you should focus on upperbody training for a few months to balance yourself out.

Perhaps you are trolling.

I broke my leg once and it atrophied quite nicely in a cast.

You don’t need to break them, just put a cast on both legs and use crutches for about 6 weeks.

The only ‘massive imbalance’ he has is that of a chemical one. You need muscle to begin with to have any muscle imbalances.
I should have read the whole thread before posting. This guy is goofy.

I ate an apple today
yesterday was an M&M and a dried cranberry
w/ 6 cups of coffee
call me out on it
my back killin me from all the deadlifts

day two of my 3 day fast
hmmm what to work out…?
i ask myself

“Slow down,” she whispered
now guiding my trembling hands
“Turn the key slowly.”

In mud you frolicked
Till they cut, cleaned and canned you
How now, ground sow?

Ears, snouts, and innards,
A homogenous mass
Pass another slice

Cube of cold pinkness
Yellow specks of porcine fat
Give me a spork please

for all you trolls that are flaming the OP, I would like to say i have a similar issue.

I can put up 400 on squats and deadlift respectively, but my legs are disproportionately larger than my upper body. I weigh about 210 so in some sense I guess i may get more respect, but if the OP is serious you don’t need to a-holes about it…

If you read this thread and came to the conclusion by the end of it that this poster is real, you need to be flamed as well.

Someone who can squat 400lbs (405 you mean?) is not a beginner who doesn’t train his legs.

ok as i sit here and read this
i wonder just how i can disprove your
outrageous assumption that i “am not serious”
wow to think i just started this CRAZY fuckin 3 day fast and people don’t believe me makes me wanna beat the shit outta somebody

now,
i’m on my second day as i’ve said before
anyone who would like to help me pick out a workout for my hamstring that doesn’t include my lower back
b/c it’s fuckin killin me
GOD DAMN THIS IS FUCKIN BUGGIN ME

for all u hattas out there
i being obsessive with genetics and aim toward a Ph.D. in biotechnology(genetic engineering, yes i’m crazy in more ways than one)

i view this leg dilemma as a result of my European ancestry
i repeat genetics is against me
b/c i wish to work out for pure cosmetic reasons in some cases
if i wanted to get better at a certain activity
the best way to do that would be to simply execute that activity
now STOP GIVIN ME SHIT FOR HATIN MY FUCKIN LEGS

i’m sorry if u fucks are envious but i’m tired of being patronized
b/c well “I’M OH SO SENSITIVE” pout pout
and over ur b/s

if u can’t take this post seriously then don’t reply simply put
ur just flooding it with needless commentary that results in posters having to read even more to get to what i’m concerned with, but i digress…
now can i be fuckin serious without having to respond to all this oh he’s not serious…

i don’t want the gracilis to bulge, we shall see at the end of these 3 days
if it is simply put my fat % that holds me back from being satisfied with the natural human anatomy
and i think i would like to reduce the semimembranosus

problem is i don’t have much equipment to work with and no gym membership
i have as follows:
lat pull down bar
varying degree bench setup
ezcurl
and of course for all u olympic style believers the OBAR

this thread is like an asshole trap. when shit is so fucking ridiculous that its obviously fake, anyone that responds with any kind of seriousness is therefore an asshole.
