hi guys i found this site on google and so im a first time poster. basically summer is almost here and i want a six pack like my friends hope u guyz can help.
im 134 pounds, 5’9. right now im content with my body, iknow my arms are pretty big and my shoulders. i just need to tone my love handles to get that six pack i always wanted.
anyways, i eat pretty good, oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch with non fat ranch, and for dinner i have a some chicken.
so since i eat good idk why im not getting any abs showing, i do 100 - 200 situps a day so idk.
also like i said i eat good no junk food, but last week i ate at mcdonalds ( yes i know i cheated dont please dont flame ) and i think i gained 4 pounds which is scary, i dont wanna get fat ,just lean my abs.
There’s a lot of talk on these forums about brotherhood, the fraternity of lifting, about what defines a real T-Man. Some members offer advice, some give encouragement, some lead by example and inspire others to think for themselves.
What do you do? You create a fake account to troll the newbie forum. I honestly can’t think of anything further from the spirit of T-Nation.

Pic just isn’t as troll-y as it could have been. Shpiel was better, claiming big arms and shoulders (people always eat that up; I usually do). But it’s sloppily done (“guys”/“guyz”) and in the end there’s just nothing new here: the 130lber looking for advice to cut. It’s been done to death. I spotted you an extra point because somehow you made someone buy it. [EDIT: actually, not really. You’re getting better, T-Nation!]
It’s funny, because all I can see on my screen is this picture of skeletor and then Jelena Abdou, a female figure competitor who somehow manages to dwarf him. There’s nothing else than can be said.

Yeah. I think people have started to become a little too trigger-happy with calling out ‘trolls’. I think that T-Nation has become more popular, it is appearing in google search more often, for a wider variety of queries, more random folk show up and start posting threads like these.
It might sound scary, but people like the OP exist all over the place. I see guys like this at my gym all the time, and even more outside the gym around campus.

I think you’re big enough already. Some of these guys are just meatheads and think everyone should weigh over 140lbs. Besides, you don’t want to get too big and bulky. Girls HATE guys with muscle mass.

200lbs is way too big for a guy these days. All women want guys who are slim, trim and have rocking abs…like Ryan Reynolds or Tobey McGwire in Spiderman.
I am pretty sure most guys over 200lbs are just fat and overweight and will die of liver problems. Besides, you can’t even find anything to wear at Hot Topic if you build a bunch of bulky muscle.
I recommend the “starvation diet” (book available if you want it, just $15.00+s.h), a colonic cleansing each week (empty stomach) and 45 minutes on the treadmill supersetted with stability ball yoga each morning and before bed.
For the guys who thought the OP was real, i recommend grade school.

Colon Cleansing isn’t effective because everything has to pass through the digestive tract. Also since your body is always at a blistering 98.6 degrees you should really try cooling it down with a refreshing ice water enama.
