Input On Intentional Atrophy

What a train wreck of a thread. At 5’9" and 160, and that low body fat (even if you may have fudged it a little), I don’t believe your legs are too big. You don’t need to lose weight or muscle mass, you need to change your thinking.

You are like one of those anorexic girls who look in the mirror and think they are too fat, when they are really sticks. Your perception is screwy. Hopefully, it isn’t dangerously screwy, requiring psychiatric help, although from your posts it seems like it borders on that.
i’ve wondered just how far i can go with this obsession
i get this kind of criticism all the time
and i think it’s obvious that my perception could be changed

I think we need a picture to see how atrocious these wheels really look.

Alright, so you’re so misguided that you want your legs to shrink. Well okay, we’ll play along.

So we tell you “You have to eat less.” Oh, but then your other body parts get smaller, you don’t have as much energy, you don’t feel good, so on and so forth.

So you don’t want to do that.

Then people suggest all these great forms of cardio. Oh, but you don’t have a pool, you can’t run, you can’t jump-rope, you don’t want to box, so on and so forth.

So you don’t want to do that.

Well child, we’ve covered the bases! If you want to lose weight, you either eat less, or expend more calories. But you don’t want to do either!

I guess amputation is your only remaining option.

lol ur funny but i didn’t say i wouldn’t eat less
it’s just not a stable form of consistent weight loss
and cardio
well i just have such limited options
point blank
it’s not about the fat
i can solve then when i really get serious
it’s about the atrophy and i want help with that not the weight

well then your screwed kid. If in your head you are already saying that you have no options for swimming or anything then yu obviously don’t have the willpower to get anything done.

Squats and milk… Then get back to us.

Okay, Okay… On a more serious note, I guess you could get your junk cut off. That might create some more space inbetween your legs so they dont rub as much, but judging from your posts… I doubt it.

Since when is having “legs that rub” a problem. Anybody who has a decent amount of muscle on their legs is gonna have legs that rub.

You’re a bitch. You also have some sort of mental problem and clearly others around you have noticed this as well. This isn’t even the first time someone has pointed out this HUGE fault of yours. You just want someone to play along with you so you can keep avoiding paying any attention to any of those people.

Go somewhere else.

Anyone who plays along with your little fantasy is doing you HARM. They are not doing you any favors.

We asked for your stats for a reason. Why? Because anyone with any sense can see you don’t know what the hell you are talking about. PLEASE post a picture of your gigantic disproportionate legs.

Where would one buy one of these mirror tints for our computer screens that you speak of?

Maybe he gets all of his pants from that Structure clothing store. That would require most guys to shave off at least 5 inches on each leg.

Well, maybe you should come back to us when you ARE serious…

You mentioned bike riding before, not a good option for reducing the size of your thighs!! Only cyclists who ride very long distances get the atrophy from overuse of the legs. Walking/jogging are much better choices.

Yes.

Sorry, are you F-in kidding me. I just got off a shift and you are really thinking you have huge legs. as everyone else asked lets see some pics I’m sure they are tiny and not nearly as big as you think. you most likly have a massive imbalance as to what you see and what’s really there, please post a pic so I can be shown how wrong I am. BB
caselorance wrote:

5’9" 160lbs

my main goal is to look cut on every inch of my body while weighing at max about 170
In that case, I’d simply work on gaining some decent mass with an emphasis on the upper body until things become proportionate (this will take a while) and then diet down to 170 lbs.
biggieben wrote:

The only ‘massive imbalance’ he has is that of a chemical one. You need muscle to begin with to have any muscle imbalances.

Get in touch with friedrice, he’ll put you on the ultimate atrophy plan. Friedrice is 5’11" and 109 lbs, if he can’t get your to lose serious amounts of muscle, no one can.

You have to eat what your dad cooks for dinner? Are you 12 years old? It must be physically impossible to get a job, spend the money on chicken breast, and cook it up for yourself. Oh wait, I did do that when I lived with my parents…

You need to get your priorities in order and clean up your diet. Get some real dedication and hit all your muscles frequently. Your legs are probably just holding more fat compared to your torso.

Some pics of the wheels would be nice.

maybe its a tumor

Sorry you’re not getting the answers you’re looking for. This a bodybuilding and sports performance website. Most of us don’t know how to advise non-muscular people to lose muscle mass. You might try the Calvin Klein model diet. Redbull and cigarettes with the occasional crystal meth furlow and lots of cardio.
