Increasing Back Definition

I used to elsewhere run an Idiot of the Month (IOM) competition that was fairly popular – ballots and everything and quite enthusiastic voting – but wouldn’t want to do that now.

The judging criterion was presentation of misinformation, combined with absolute dogmatism, stubbornness, and unwillingness to accept any reason or facts.

Simple lack of knowledge or error counted nothing towards being able to win IOM. Actually the smarter the person tried to make themselves sound (while being dead wrong) the better their chances of winning.
I kinda’ didn’t think the OP would keep posting after Bill posted this, but hey, maybe he’s in the running?

You HAVE to be retarded. Seriously.
That twisted face of yours makes me feel ashamed to say such a thing to you…but it is that very facial expression that is a dead giveaway of your mental development.

If you STILL think in terms of flat benching 2 plates as any sort of milestone on a serious lifting forum, it only indicates how weak YOU really are!

However, that level of strength/weakness is possibly commensurate with those pictures you have in your profile. Or not. I have no idea if someone with as little muscle as you have can bench 1 plate or 2! I have no clue…its been a while since I even saw such numbers being discussed in my circles.

So I honestly can;t figure out how much you could bench/squat/dead/press/curl with that “physique” because I can’t see ANY sort of size on that “frame” of yours. I can;t even guess exactly how much you weigh since you need a base level of muscle mass before fellow lifters can guesstimate your weight. If you told me you weighed 130 I would believe you.

I do know you are nowhere near 220pounds@12% in those pictures. That someone who looks as pathetic as you do still makes clarion calls on a hitherto-bodybuilding forum speaks volumes about how low this sport has dropped in the past few years.

 1. YOu are seriously skinny and not even ripped to justify that.
 2. Unless you have magical levers or are a 100% Fasttwitch type with steel cables reinforcing your joints - you couldn;t even unrack 4 plates on a bench (or a squat rack for that matter)
 3. you are an ass-clown…and should either be ignored or treated like the ass-clown he/she is (Ive seen 16 year old female powerlifters with more upper body development than you have - so I can;t even accurately guage your gender.

I don;t get it! Tell me seriously? Are you stupid or you just enjoying this bullshit? The suspense is killing me, honestly.

And if you truly ARE “special”, please ignore everythign I wrote in this and the previous posts. Inform me and I will delete both immediately.

I also was 84 kg im not anymore.Im now 220 pounds,11.87% caliper tested,and 12.4% using bioelectrical impedance.

Ok, I looked at his least muscular pose, and…remind me again…are we actually treating someone who looks like THIS seriously? This HAS to be a joke! Even Al Shades’s “before” pic had better development in comparison for fuck’s sake!
If anyone can see any muscle on this kid’s frame - they should reconsider bodybuilding! Seriously!

Hey man, some people (me) can DL and Squat 400 but only bench 200 :frowning:

I just realized I lost $50 out of my wallet last night…

SON OF A BITCH!

Well I definitely wouldn;t expect the OP to be able to parallel squat (or even unrack for that matter) 4 plates raw either based on his pics, but YOU may need to prioritize your chest and tricep development!

Its definitely very low compared to your lower body lifts unless you’re seriously bottom heavy - in which case the deadlift may not be an accurate indicator of your development. The good morning will be a more useful indicator of your lower back strength imo.

(look at Z*'s log - the kid has NO upper body strength but can deadlift at an intermediate level - but can;t good morning jack) and it shows in his physique - severely underdeveloped upper body, bottom heavy, narrow shoulders with large traps) Exercise selection is VERY important of bbing is your goal.

During my next training cycle I’m going to be focusing on bench. I always seem to get stuck at my chest and can’t bring it back up. I’m sick of being out benched by all the pretty boys at my gym who don’t squat.

Im not telling you this to convince you that im right;i may not be, but im just saying it because this program, out of experimentation, might actually help u.

Urm… why would someone only want to increase back definition?

Edit: Quasidimodo might want to.

Say what you like about old Quasimodo, he had wicked trap development. That’s why all the villagers tried to kill him at the end: they were jealous of his ‘power look’.

Here’s his ‘jacked back’ workout:

90 bell rope pulldowns per day, pyramided over 24 hours, every hour, on the hour, for the rest of your life.
Lifting routine does not change. Ever. GPP rope swings and random screams of “Esmerelda!” are optional.

Lifting routine does not change.

Take your back, your leaness, and your strength to another level.I know this defies a lot of bodybuilding rules;some of you may call bs; take it or leave it; its up to you.

This will increase back definition, you are correct.

It has the potential to burn a lot of energy so it could be leaning.

I’m unsure how it’s going to improve strength in DLs or squating. Can you please explain that?
Can you tell me how this is going to increase your strength or do I need to call you a retard to get you to answer?

This is 225lbs at 12% body fat?

What the hell is wrong with these guys lately?

Are there just ZERO well developed people in the gyms you all train at?

If you’re 225lbs at 12% body fat?, why not post a picture. I’m pretty sure no one believes you right now…

this thread has 93 posts

does that disturb anyone else?

i’d like to know who doesn’t have access to a camera or a camera phone these days.

if they don’t have their own because of money, ok I can see that. But a friend or family member has to have one

It’s 2009. There are actually people who have internet access today but no access to a digital camera at all?

They basically force you to have a camera with damn near every cell phone now.
