The kid has good muscle shape and a nice frame. If he’d just stop listening to some super middleweight boxer (yeah…right) and quit worrying about his back definition, and focus on heavy lifting and packing on the mass for a few years, he has very good potential.
Thats the tragedy of life…those who can, don’t…and those who can’t, keep trying.

LOL you just registered 8 months ago, but still put up 3 year old pics when you registered? Yea right. Do yourself a favor and just leave.
200 pullups per day, first thing in the morning, after ingesting 20 tablets of BCAAs/40grams of whey protein. timed. For 4 weeks.Every day try to beat your time.
Lifting routine does not change.
Take your back, your leaness, and your strength to another level.I know this defies a lot of bodybuilding rules;some of you may call bs; take it or leave it; its up to you.

Have you tried this ‘idea’?
If so what results / comments?
If not, why not?
1)I will post new pics and videos of my lifts by next week
2)The pics in my profile were taken 3 years ago.I am proud of them since they were taken when i was 15.That is why i included them in my profile.
3)Yes i will do myself a favour and just leave. The last post i will make will be videos of my lifts and new pics.Defect i will include a video of max pullups at 220lbs.
4)The pullup program was something i tried and liked so id thought id share. It was very wrong on my part because many of you think its retarded. That is not a problem;everyone is entitled to his opinion.

Mate if it works for you doing 200 pullups every day then do it. I’m gonna stick to my routine for now. But errr if you want people to take you seriously you should post real pictures of yourself which are recent(not edited…). Man you must keep in mind that you just stepped in here telling that doing 200 pullups a day increases back definition and that’s all without providing valid proof that you are indeed 220 pounds at that bodyfat and height. If you want people to take you seriously offer valid proof else everyone, including me, is gonna call that BS. Not flaming ya man, just talkin straight.
(look at Z*'s log - the kid has NO upper body strength but can deadlift at an intermediate level - but can;t good morning jack) and it shows in his physique - severely underdeveloped upper body, bottom heavy, narrow shoulders with large traps) Exercise selection is VERY important of bbing is your goal.

I’ll have new pics up soon. Don’t you worry. I’ve had shoulder and elbow injuries up my ass pretty much since I started lifting. And I have sick DL leverages.
That wasn’t a shot at you, and you know it. I was just making a point about exercise selection.
The deadlift is a wrong movement for some body types if bbiong is your final goal. Rack deads from the knee are a far far better option. You should be focusing more on upper body strength and development and you know it…
those clavicles won’t move apart without the right work, and unless you build your delts to the size of PX its going to be an uphill battle. Your former training partner theDude (in the coan DL cycle has good size but similar structure)
I already mentioned this in your log IIRC. I don;t know what else to say here.

since my last post hasn’t shown up yet, If you want to post in my log/pm me about how you think the best way to bring up my upper body is, I would appreciate it.
I sent a chunk of PMs your way lol. Will send you some of my “ideas” tomorrow. I;ll delete the reference in my previous post.
