This is a damn good post.
And yes, I’ll give it two to three years before people forget your protein shakes.

To the OP, why did you list yourself as 84 kg when you joined? If that’s true you went from 170 to 187 in three(four?) years and gained the last 33 pounds in about eight months while staying at 12% bf. That’s either a very good bulk, or complete bullshit.

My head hurts. Do you weigh 84kg or 100? Either way, I think you should do the lift-off with ct.rockula, being 280 pounds is of little help when you fall over deadlifting because you’re drunk. He’s just trying to scare you with that high stake.

hahaha

do you think i’m wasted all the time?

does everyone on this site think i’m an alcoholic?

hahaha

that vodka protein shake is gonna haunt me for as long as i’m a member to this site isnt it?

I gotta be honest with everybody I tried that tonight. I don’t think I put enough in because I didn’t notice anything different!

3 or 4 shots of 100 proof should get you rollin bro!

thanks for being honest,I knew at least one person had to try it!

yes i have gained 14 kg(30 lbs) in the last year, but my bodyfat has increased by 3% from 9% to 12% .These numbers are not estimations, but are accurately measured using calipers and bio-impedance.

I feel it was a growth spurt, related to maturity. My strength has increased tremendously during that time, and i actually look leaner than i was before because my muscles are a lot bigger.

Good for you, maybe time to update your profile then. The pullup thing still is dumb though.

It is up to u.If u think the “pullup thing” is dumb dont do it.But do not condemn something u have not tried. Most people are not dedicated enough to go 4 weeks doing 200 pullups a day. Those who have dedication, and do follow it to the end, will see strength and muscle increases,an increase in forearm size and gripping strength provided they are eating enough to support growth.

You obviously don’t get it. Just because something is tough, does not make it smart.

I still fail to see how doing this many pullups will increase back definition.

Doing 200 crunches a day will not increase abdominal definition. Why should doing 200 pullups be any different?

1)because pullups are not crunches.Pullups require an intense upper body effort.
2)because it is done nearly on an empty stomach

You will not burn body fat off a specific body part (aka increasing definition) by doing an exercise that targets that area.

You are right. If something is tough,it does not mean it is smart.
What im sure of,however,is that this is both tough and smart. Im sure because not only i have tried it but many of my friends, all have produced great results, especially 1 week after the program(deload week). It is not for anyone however,i do not recommend a beginner to do it,or someone who can do less than 12 pullups in a row.

I doubt that i would ever do this program…but with that being said at my bodyweight of 235 doing 200 pullups a day would most definitely increase my upper back strength.

I do very much doubt it would increase my back definition by that alone though. No matter how much volume i am doing i only see increases in definition by lowering my bf%. Which for me is all about diet.

If this workout worked for you than good for you! Quit getting so damn agitated…

Listen son its not whether 200 pullups a day would be exersise or not.

It certainly would, but a quality program would produce better gains.

You gained 30 pounds because your still at a point where you can eat and just mess around with weights and grow like a weed.

If you ate right and did 200 pull ups a day youd certainly improve your back.

If you ate right and did pulldowns, pullups, deadlifts, rows, T bars, and lat spreaders…youd see dramatically more improvement.

Its not so much a question of whether or not your plan works, its just that its not a very efficient use of time.

Westclock, youd do the pullups in addtion to your lifting routine. So ud still do rows, deadlifts and pulldowns.
You are right though; i gained 30 lbs because i ate a lot of food, lifted heavy ass weights, and was passing through a big growth spurt.
I just use this infrequently (once every year) to break through strength and size plateaus. It always works. So thats y i decided to share.

Personally,i never tried it on a cutting or maintenance diet.My friend however has tried it while eating maintenance calories. He lost 7kg(15lbs) while gaining 20lbs on his benchpress.Man trust me.Trying to beat your time everyday will send your heart racing in a way no other form of cardio will.30-40 min of heart racing will burn a tremendous amount of fat.
Im not telling you this to convince you that im right;i may not be, but im just saying it because this program, out of experimentation, might actually help u.

Im retarded? Or is someone who calls him ‘Standard Donkey’ on a bodybuilding forum, posts absolute bullshit and talks trash about people 10x stronger than him,the classic definition of retarded.
Get out of my thread, u fukin loser.post ur bs on a kids forum, where someone may give some attention to u.i know u want that more than anything.
Fukin Troll[/quote]

This is embarrassing…

Urm… why would someone only want to increase back definition?

Edit: Quasimodo might want to.
