200 pullups per day, first thing in the morning, after ingesting 20 tablets of BCAAs/40grams of whey protein. timed. For 4 weeks.Every day try to beat your time.
Lifting routine does not change.
Take your back, your leaness, and your strength to another level.I know this defies a lot of bodybuilding rules;some of you may call bs; take it or leave it; its up to you.
Im all for high frequency training, but thats insane.
For one, your muscles do need “some” sort of break!
Second, if your going to failure, your strength is going nowhere but down. Too much volume, intensity and frequency! Those three cannot be present at the same time!
I do call BS. Many have built up their backs without such insanity.
I think doing pullups every day “can” help, especially for building up your strength, but decreasing the volume (alot!) and not going to failure would be required.

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now. We should have the “stupidest post of the week” contest every week here on T-Nation. As for the first entry, I nominate this one.

There was a post about doing pullups to failure every few hours and everyone said that was a bad idea. Why would you think this would be any different.
I used to elsewhere run an Idiot of the Month (IOM) competition that was fairly popular – ballots and everything and quite enthusiastic voting – but wouldn’t want to do that now.
The judging criterion was presentation of misinformation, combined with absolute dogmatism, stubbornness, and unwillingness to accept any reason or facts.
Simple lack of knowledge or error counted nothing towards being able to win IOM. Actually the smarter the person tried to make themselves sound (while being dead wrong) the better their chances of winning.
dude, you’re gonna hurt yourself and your progress will go nowhere
trust me, i do stupid shit all the time, fiercely bad idea bro
almost as stupid as that guy that puts vodka in his protein shake… oh shit, wait[/quote]
hahahaha
damn, you got me!
but at least you can understand my reasoning for doing that, i was doin it for some extra attitude to hit the weights harder, but i did some research and found out it was a real bad idea
