Goals Attainable?

Here is my workout log so far this year and my goals. Do they seem reasonable?

Deadlift: Max single of 370lbs(+5lbs) + 8 singles @335lbs

I’ve been getting lazy on working out the upper body so that’s why it’s not listed as much as lower body.

bench is big compared to squats and deads so the extra leg work is probably not a bad idea. how bout pull ups or rows goals?

Good idea. You think I should max out on bend over rows or one arm rows? I think we’ll go with 12 with pullups because that may be the weakest movement for me. That’s probably why I didn’t list it. Haha

I’ll be honest, your goals are not much more than your current stats. I think you should reach for the stars and land on the moon. Gee that was corny. 50lb increases (considering your current maxes) on squat and deadlift is not that much. Only 25 lbs on the incline? I just think you could try for more. It is only February.

The only goal you have listed that may be a little more difficult to attain is the 40 yd time. Speed is a different monster.

When I reach all of these goals, I’ll probably set new ones. If I get there quickly, new goals will be posted, so watch out for it.
