Fav & Least Fav Body Parts to Train

favorite: chest/shoulders, That’s where I want the most growth and when It feels sore, I feel good.

Least favorite: legs, I have only done rippetoe’s and texas method so I have only done heavy squats and deads. Every day I have sore legs, but I still have to go into kung fu and force it even more, horse stance is not fun.
