favorite, back. i never stall on back progession.
least favorite, shoulders and legs - do i really need to explain why?

Back also my favorite. It is a challenge to actually fatigue my lats, takes alot of volume and weight.
Least favorite, abs.
Least favorite-Hamstrings
least favorite-Biceps
Favorite- Traps of legs
Fav- back, just cause so many people dont work it out
least- quads. bum knee
Fav- back
Least-quads, I suck at squats
I am a noobie but my fave would have to be back.
I don’t enjoy doing abs I find them boring like walking on a treadmill.
Favorite… Triceps(used to be a real weak-point of mine… No more. ).
And calves, as I don’t have to do much more than look at them and they’ll grow. Thanks mom.
Least favorite: Chest. I hate chest training with a passion, even though mine grows fairly fast.

Least Favorite- shoulders why? they just always seem to hurt in a way that pisses me off.
whats yours?
That’s weird, those are my fav and least fav parts. Too many bad experiences with my shoulders. I love using the whole weight stack when doing calf raises, and 6 plates on seated calf raises for 20 reps. I like when people stare, then they use 1 plate plate for 8 reps on the same seated machine.[/quote]
ha I just slap a couple 100s (yes they make hundred pound plates)
and go up and down with my calves as slow as humanly possible the result my calves cursing me as I leave with a smile on my face.
It makes me happy having so much posters giving the back some props, I’m included; it’s a combo of using really heavy weights and having whole body pumps (except the legs) while doing it.
Least favorite- abz.
Least fav neck, abs.
Train most - chest, just started out that way and can’t get myself to stop
Favorite tie btw squats and back. I love to envisioning myself with all those designs in the back, and I just don’t think anything feels like heavy ass squats.

Ah yes, I hate training abs as well… Forgot about them entirely lol
Fav - Legs
Least - Forearms
LR
Favorite: Traps. My one body part that grows easily.
Least favorite: Abs, hamstrings, calves.
I just hate that damn horrifying burn that makes you wonder if your muscle is about to tear or not. And having partially tore my right soleus before… yeah… I am pretty paranoid about it happening again. (damn my uneducated track coaches…)
Fav- Back.
Least- Lower back… because I’m chronically injured there and it’s ALWAYS a pain.
if you dont like training hamstrings but love back just do RDLs theyre just like deadlifts but they hit your hamstrings harder.

Favorite- Shoulders
Least Favorite- Calves
Actually, my favorite body part to train constantly changes. Generally whatever is progressing the fastest at the time is my favorite.
My favorites are back and legs down to the knees. I like the strength of both.
My least favorites are calves, biceps, and abs.
I love pulling exercises in general- pullups and deads mostly.
Conversely, I hate pushing exercises where the load is directly over me- bench and squats. I’m always afraid I’ll push it a little too hard and get stuck under a bar on a day I don’t have a spotter.
least favorite: calves, when they cramp i want to die
favorite: back, i want wings to fly with
