Man, seriously, I love your posts, love the wisdom. We should do an MMF together (Quoting another member on the MMF thing).

i dont have the form down packed for lunges
back when i worked out with home those were the main thing i did for legs cause i couldnt do squats, til i figured out i could do zercher squats, but i really dont like them at all feels too weird and id rather squat or leg press.
Lunges and lateral raises suck.
Has anyone tried zercher deadlifts?
I havent tried them but I bet they are a real treat.
Treat = pain in the ass.

lol, I posted in that thread I think, MMF = hates America.
any form of cardio that involves moving your feet. (except walking)
Anything for the calves
Lateral raises - hurt!
BB Bench Press - getting worse, not better
Lunges are amazingly humbling. I hate how out of breathe they make me, and so easily too.
I also hate dumbbell rows. Why the fuck can’t I feel ANYTHING in my back when I do these despite how much time I wasted practicing trying to do them. AHHH!!
Dips.
Every time I release I feel like my collarbone is going to snap.

I get that same feeling. I think it’s your AC joint.
Oddly enough I enjoy Dips though.
I hate Bulgarian split squats. I do them because they are effective but I always get out of breath and my legs seem to cramp up when I do them.
Pull-ups/Chin-ups
I hate lunges.
Don’t really hate, but dislike flat barbell bench press and curls.
anything behind the neck makes me cringe
conventional barbell curls (or ez bar) i cant stand, mainly because it feels so uncomfortable.
Back squats i dislike an awful alot especially very heavy, id rather do front squat singles or doubles that back squat ones anyday.

Doing lunges and step-ups this week and last, I realised how much I hate that kind of one-legged work. I always seem to run out of breath and lose my balance before I fatigue my muscles thoroughly, and the leg I work second always gets less of a workout! Seriously, when picking exercises myself, there are NEVER any lunges.
So, what are some exercises you guys hate?
Not to hijack and Im sure you know this but when doing unilateral lifts switch back and forth on the side you start with. When I do uni’s I will start with my right and then on the next set start with my left, I always feel like the side I do second is stronger than the first side.
I cant stand lungegs, bulgarian splits and widows,
The reason I dont like lungegs and splits is because my glutes arent strong enough and I am not able to do them properly, Im working on this and hopefully I will like lunges and splits soon.
I also cant stand side laterals or front raises with weight but I like them alot with bands.
Oh and widows are just miserable but I still do them.

I always feel like I’m doing it wrong, and it’s really hard to get into the start position with huge weights.
then start with small weights,FTW
lunges and step-ups
unilateral pistol squats…HATE
unilateral dumbell romanian deadlifts…HATE
lunges, anykind, especially walking lunges or overhead lunges…LOVE.
Actually I hate them so much that I love them. I do 2 leg days a week and ALWAYS do a lunge variation. Love the feeling of having the wind sucked out of me and and the 2-3 days of soreness and recovery.
